VJ gave me some images to use for the Hour Glasses, I put them in. Could y ou tell me what you think?
Angil's thing is fine with me, but do we really need links to those reasons?

Sorry, for not being here everyone I got the 7th book this wed and finished within a day's time but there was stuff I had to do in between like my second job which is teching a guard YAYS!!! BUT ANYWHO!!
Quidditch if you look in the Quidditch Thread and look around in the notice board and whatnot everything is there i.e. a schedule and rules and regulations and whatnot.
Basically, Quidditch will be played through a weekend Friday Noon to Monday Noon. All players have the weekend to send in thier answers if not by the time thier answers will not be calculated, Then I kinda stuck with the Original layout of the Matches so of course the season starts off with Gryffindor vs. Slytherin and so forth. From their depending on the teams if lets say one person is missing from the team either an alternate needs to fill the space or we don't count a member on the other team so it will be even teams.
I think its funny how Grey was the first graduate even though I was here longer lol!!! Gosh I miss the days with Pinkie no offense to anyone.

Hour glasses: those images are pretty standard, They look good there. But I think the point of changing the way house points are submitted was not only to save ourselfs from calculating, but to not have to edit the first post 8 million times, so I don't think we even need to have the current totals there...we can just update it at the end of term with the final totals. Also, I think we need links there just for quick reference...like page of duelling club points were awarded or which event...that way points wont be awarded twice accidently. If it doesnt work we can merge the head form with the prefect form.
Quiddich:I'm just thinking doing one game a weekend takes a lot of chance that people will get online at the right time and I'm doubtful that it'll work, I'm worried about forfeited games.
Student Message Board: Not sure why you thought I was confused, I don't remember mentioning anything about this...but yes, makes sense.
Grey_Temerity: He was the first graduate because back when Pinkie put in our year system he refused to be diverted to 3rd year like the rest of us....At the time it was decided all the original guild members were made third years, all the existing guild members became second years, and all the new ones were the first years...DDA and I would have graduated at that time otherwise, but I specifically was moved from sixth year to third year, but Grey expressed specific wishes to graduate from Hogwarts at the same time he graduated from real life school.

House-points:
We'll need to edit it from time to time so people can know how many House-Points they have. It won't be too difficult for the mods to make sure the calculations are right, and put the current totals in the first post.
Quidditch: If they release the schedule when he releases the calendar( speaking of DDA when this Quidditch discussion is done will you add the games to the schedule so if people want to see what's going on they can?) then there shouldn't be a conflict. Well I don't play Quidditch, I kinda get what's going on but not really, so I can't say much on this. My suggestion would be to get the dates and ask each team (or the captain asks) to check with their members to see if theey know what's going on.
August works now...at the end instead if it saying .jif or whatever put .png

Angil do you know who's photobucket account is lala1212?
That's where the front page guild images came from and I think she might have removed them. I replaced her dividers with the ones from KT's account, but I can't find the image of a house... I could ask someone to make a new one but I liked the old one and wanted to see if you knew the person first
EDIT: I didn't know it had that brown stuff....
So do we need someone to remake the stuff?

For Quidditch, no one needs to be on at a certain time except for the for the Rally Races which refers to the Keepers and Seekers I believe. You will from Fri Noon - Mon Noon to fill out your positions answer sheet. And if you know you aren't going to be in there then ask for an alternate, if we can't find an alternate then we minus one member of the other team so its even teams.

...actually when i went to retreive the thread from the white tomb i noticed you guys made a new one (before we just kept using the same one) but anyhow, I moved that thread to the event forum and changed the name of the event forum to include what was inside in brackets...because the beginning feast is gonna go in there too...then i read the small print and it said that it was meant to go in the rp forum, but the point of the event forum is for temporary topics...the rp forums topics are a lot more...permanent...sonow I'm not sure...anyways tell me what you think cause I was going to make the beginning feast thread and lock it but have them together cause they kind of overlap each other on the timeline...argh!

...actually, I'm going to do what the small print says and put it in the RP forum as an announcement, and instead of making an event thread that wont get very big and will just clutter the white tomb later for no good reason, I'm going to just say that once again we're going to have the beginning feast in the great hall thread...cause thats what KT always liked to do......that way i'm hoping we can keep using the same thread from term to term...I mean come on, it's a train, we're using the same train right? If I add more posts to the first page so that the first student post is on page two, then after each term we can just edit one of the front page posts saying when it took off, what term it was, and what pages it stretches from...like...Fall Term 2007: Page 2-X, Winter Term 2007: Page X-X...and we can just lock it between when its being used....I think that's a way better idea then constant new threads...we make enough what with classes and stuff anyhow....I actually think it'd be pretty cool for a teacher to be able to keep their classroom two consecutive terms if they're teaching the same class, just as long as they're good about keeping it updated...but yeah I'm rambling again.

Also, I was thinking I want to teach a class this year, but..the class I used to teach already has a teacher...(which brings me to another point the staff room is incredibly outdated)...so I looked at the list and I'd like to teach potions this year...but if people sent me teaching applications then where do I send mine?

I think its a great idea to put the Start of Term feast in the Great Hall...I mean its kind of empty and abandoned right now and that's what the Great Hall is for, the Start of Term Feast, that is. As for the train, I think its kind of confusing to just keep using the same thread, but that's just my opinion. Uhm...The threads in the White Tomb are building up quite a bit, I did notice ...I think the classroom idea of keeping it around for more than a term is doable and will indeed help keep the build up in the White Tombs from going any further. Although, we could always delete the classrooms after a new one is made in its place, right? Especially if its a new teacher who is teaching the subject. Dude...this is the longest post I've ever made in this guild... sweatdrop

Then you'd send it to me, but I don't think you have to send one in. Just go ahead make a new thread for your class. I think you're more than qualified to apply for the position. You know how the system works. 3nodding
