Sissy Blade Sissy returns somewhat. Trying to ease myself into October (because October's a very relaxing month for me). Also learned about "Banned Books Week". Funny, because the next book that I'm planning to read is... Fahrenheit 451. Which is also a banned/challenged book.And guess what I'm sending to my boyfriend in the mail since he wants to read a book? Carrie! ANOTHER BANNED BOOK!HA! Freedom to read, peeps! You can't stop me! *skips away laughing* Why was Carrie a banned book?

It's usually banned for portraying religion in a negative light (Carrie's mom is very religious and considered a "bible thumper"), or the fact that she starts her period in the beginning of the book and is bullied for it, or the incident during Carrie's prom night/rampage. (Still, it's been up for debate whether it's actually banned or not. It HAS been challenged in 1975, though. Forgot to edit my post earlier, so I apologize.)

Or you could opt for an energy drink, I suppose.

Or you could opt for an energy drink, I suppose. I'm part of the weird minority that absolutely hates coffee. xd Maybe I'll just opt for the good old fashioned tea. lol
