That reminds me of the times I used to confuse people by saying, "There's a fine line between brilliance and stupidity."

chikushou madamfluff ...often the woman gets blamed for the rape that she was "asking for it". Stuff like that really bothers me. I mean, it's not only degrading for women, but also for men. I mean, what's it saying, that men are just primitive monkeys capable of nothing more than instinctive sex thrusts? Seriously, men are better than the "Me like woman, pelvic thrust" thing that that attitude implies. I can never understand why it tends to be supported in patriarchal societies, unless, of course, they're full of male chauvinists, who think that they have the right to be so lacking in conscious thought and compassion. I agree full-heartedly. I think it's rather pathetic that people need to attribute a reason for their actions (ergo other post somewhere in here ninja ) Tailos It's those folks who're the prominant ones, just like feminazis are the prominant ones for why many men dislike the ideals of feminism. We're ill-informed of true feminism movement being towards equality, blinded by the feminazis who seem to be crusading for MORE rights. The same goes for these chauvinists. Look past them and you'll find it sickens many of us normal, regular guys, too. Should be noted that it's only the radical feminists that are the feminazis mostly...they're also the kind that say "you should be a lesbian 'cos you can't sleep with the enemy!!" Btw, the whole bra burning thing? It was spoken about but it never really happened! Men can also be feminists in regards to opposing women's rights. Feminism is not actually supposed to be anti-men as it appears to be due to one off-shoot of the movement. chikushou That reminds me of the times I used to confuse people by saying, "There's a fine line between brilliance and stupidity." Classic! rofl Sorry! I had a huge History test on Wednesday and I've studied for it like crazy! I better get a good mark ninja

You know what's funny? In my thread on ID, I've found a huge number of people that tell me that my "proof" doesn't work because my definition of ID is wrong.
It's funny because they all tell me something different for what ID actually is.
Evidently, the theory of ID opposing the concept of uniformity so thoroughly, that it refuses to have uniformity even within its own definition. rolleyes

My dad would have loved to have you as his daughter - he wanted a child who was into that sort of jazz and any time of Chaos Theory...

Sorry, Koi, but if I hug you, I might rub off more bad luck. You have my sympathy, though.
Anyways, I was thinking about the line between brilliance and stupidity, and I have realized I have crossed it many more times than I care to admit...
