The story follows Kiri Haimura, a relatively normal boy, who has a strong obsession with cutting people's hair. One day he meets Iwai Mushanokoji who inherited a curse that prevents her hair from being cut. Kiri later finds out that a pair of scissors that he carried with him, that was something like a family heirloom, was the only thing that could cut here hair. Little did he know that in doing so, he started an ancient game to kill the "hair queen" using cursed murder weapons known as "Killing Goods". Now Kiri has to protect Iwai (the hair queen) from the other contestants who wish to kill her.

puppylove713 I found it after a few website searches. It only has seven episodes as of now and it seems to update weekly on Wednesdays... I can deal with that if I decide to sit down and watch it. Sweet! What site did you find?
