Yes, there are lots of houses nearby.....but....knocking on the door to Suisho's house and knocking on the door of a complete stranger are completely different....I can knock on Suisho's door, because I know at least one person in that house....but a stranger's house....it's one of the few things I have a hard time doing.....I feel so awkward even thinking about it...>_<... So, of the two next-door houses....I couldn't make myself knock on the door of one.....>_<;;..... and the other looked to be abandoned...

ha! finished 2 programming labs with a half hour to spare! i had realized that there were 2 lab assignments on thursday(which, now that i think about it makes sense with the two lab meetings per week). so i had one 2/3 done and the other barely started (but followed fairly closely with examples given in the book and lecture). it feels like i finished both really quickly. which might be because i did not get extremely frustrated with it. or that i understand it well. (not sure if taking 2 and a half hours is actually quick or not...)
