Asphodeline Tora Hikari If we knew each other better, I might hug you, because I understand completely. It is nice to find a kindred spirit. ^_^ That it is. I've found a couple of my own... each one thus far has a habit of changing my life forever...

Not true on all occasions, somewhat fun to laugh at those who try to insult you with no prior knowledge of what it is they're making fun of. But yeah, it sucks to be a target.

I was raised by two preacher's children. My mother grew up in a cult, and my father was a raised a Nazarene. This left them both very angry at God, yet I still managed to have a Southern Baptist upbringing (I grew up right smack in the middle of the bible belt). After being repeatedly abandoned by the Chirstian Church, I decided I did not really want to be apart of that (Note: I hold nothing against christians, but there is no way I am going back to a baptist church sweatdrop ). Now, I currently have no religion, but I am seriously looking at a few forms of paganism. YAY for soul searching!!!

I was born and bred Episcopalian (liberal Christians). I was confirmed at 12, and ordained shortly thereafter.
By that time, I wasn't sure I wanted to call myself a Christian. It just didn't work for me. I labled myself wicca for a while, but when I discovered a level of fakes (Ravenwolf, anyone?), and the history of the religion, I decided that wasn't for me either. For several years I went around with my beliefs and absolutely nothing to call them.
When pressed, I give the title "Druidic Shamanism" but I usually don't call my path anything. I'm not searching for a religion, because I don't think I need one. I study all sorts of faiths, and the ideas that I can believe, I adopt. The ones I don't get, I remember them for future reference, and move on.

Hey, I'm Lina and I wasn't really raised with any religion. My parents didn't want to force me to follow any religion that I didn't believe. I was agnostic for a long time( during that time my friends would basically beg me to go to church). Now I follow a Native American based religion.^^ I enjoy learning about different types of religion and philosophy.....and this is the part where I run out of things to say. sweatdrop
