angel_of_joy We got to spend part of a day on the Highline and it was so beautiful. The little gems you find anywhere you go. One of our tour guides told us that was his favourite place to go so we had to check it out. New York is such a fast paced city. We are from a small little northern canadian town so it was overwhelming and I think the New Yorkers saw that in us because we never had to stop anyone, people who saw us stopped to help us even if they were in a hurry. It was so nice. Canadaaaaa. crying
It's been years since I've been to Canada. Like... for real. Aladdin just came out the last time I was there. I think we somewhere in Quebec, not sure if it's Quebec City or Montreal. Probably Montreal. My sister and I were begging my father to let us see Aladdin and he was all, "No, you won't even understand, it'll be in French!" And we were fairly young at the time. But I remember the city being quiet and clean. Oddly, very much like Tokyo, but with older buildings. Quiet and clean.

Its one of the oldest cities in the country and has all kinds of rules and regulations regarding it's buildings and the cleanliness of the city. I've never been but as a Canadian you learn all about it in school - plus i have a double major in music and history so it's hard to get away from studying quebec. heehee. You should come back! Summers are awesome in canada. I'm trying to get on a cruise to do the east coast of the states and up through the Maritimes provinces. The boat sails out of New York so or darn I'd have to go back to New York!!!! lol I'm from northern ontario, so pretty far from Toronto and Montreal, but still closer than say Vancouver. It was very easy to get to New York from here. We flew into Newark and our tourbus picked us up there and brought us right into time square for our first New York experience.

Oooh, I have a friend I met on Gaia back in '04 who lives in... Manitoba, I think. Way out west. I always meant to hang out with her (she even invited me to her wedding, when it happens) but we live so far apart. I'll have to drop by. Also, I always wanted to take the train up to Canada. Metro North or whatever the train is. Now that I'm older and I can retain memories better, I really want to go back and experience Canada in the summer. I figure you guys have nice, long daylight hours. 8D
My stepmom's sister lived in Port Hardy. That's, like... as friggin' far out of the way as you can get. I remember her saying that we should watch out for bears. gonk

We're right on the edge of the manitoba change, but still central time. Winnipeg is only about 8 hours from where I am. Port Hardy is way up north! the big bears live up there. Polar bears and they are they mean nasty ones. I'm not that far north. I'm actually right on Lake Superior in Thunder Bay. We are only 45 minutes from the Minnesota border. When they talked about the Garret Jacob Hobbs case and the murders in Duluth Minnesota, it hit home because we make day trips into the states! I like it. heehe

Hey guys! My names Lauren and I just recently graduated from university with a Bachelor of Science degree in Honours Biology. I plan to one day become an optometrist. I'm Canadian. I'm pretty obsessed with television shows, one of which is obviously Hannibal. Looking forward to obsessing with you all about it! Haha.

Hello, I'm cody. I'm a 15 (turning 16 next month.) year old guy living in toronto, ontario in canada. (Same filming location as Hannibal! I admit, I feel great about that.) I plan to take up Film and Acting as a profession of mine.
I love Hannibal, Homestuck, Resident Evil, Walking Dead, Final fantasy.. I've been on this site for 5 or 6 years and left for 5 months on Halloween. I am back now and have been cosplaying Will on here ever since. I'm on tumblr more than here so if you want to follow me, I will follow you back! Chop-kick-panda.tumblr.com. I am glad to be here! I was invited to this guild.

Oh but it's so painful. I've ended up just sort of ignoring the fact that I am, in fact, a book hoarder, buy switching over to e-books. Not the same feel, but I still get the pleasure of reading.
Good luck to you! I've destroyed like, five towers today trying to figure out where this darn book is. Also discovered books I didn't know we owned, so it was like going closet shopping. ________
