Uhm...
Okay, so so far we have A, B, and C.
A, B, and C were all childhood friends. A and B both like C, from what I remember without looking back at your summary.
... ... ... -gives in and goes back to look-
Okay, yeah, that's all right. So... enter D. D could be....a friend/person outside the triangle who never moved away and remembers what things used to be like, five years ago. Or D could be someone else in the homeroom class who comes into play and befriends one or more of A, B, and C. They could just a friend, or they could potentially want to be more than friends with A or B, but not C since that'd just not be that fun if you ask me. XD Either way, D could be that one person that A and/or B might want to talk to about all of this if the chose, since I dunno if A and B would talk to each other about their feelings for C.
Or something. That's at least a few ideas thrown out there, I think. XD I'm positive there's a way to include a fourth person in this somewhere.
And...oooh, an actual roleplay thread! -goes off to take a look-

D is male.
D falls for A, assuming A is the girl and B is the boy.
A and B like C, but C ends up falling for D.
We could be kind of far into the mix, where B told A about his feelings toward C, then C told A about her feelings for D, which throws A into a crazy depression because C likes someone else and A's bff likes C. Then D asks A out, crushing C and B is on the rebound.
It could start when A and D are going out, even though A still likes C, and with B and C going out, even though C likes D.
That's a bit far into the plot, though...
I think that D should fall for A and C for D. Make it slightly more dramatic.
And D is a friend of theirs from eight-nine years ago that went to the same school. And just so happened (coincidence?? O: ) to be in the homeroom, too!
Yay cliche`s and forced relationships.
Anyway, yeah, it can work.

Meh.
Simplified.
A is the girl on the right, B the boy on the left, C the girl in the middle, D some random dude from the first three's school.
A and B like C.
C likes D.
D likes A.
If we want to progress...
B tells A of love for C.
A complains to D of her heartbreak.
C confesses to D.
D goes to A and asks her out.
With opportunity, B asks C out.
B and D are happy, but A and C don't have their love of C and D respectively.
If we don't want to progress...
Look above.

I dub this thread the official Out of Character for the roleplay.
First things:
Should we go with "They just got to school and are about to enter homeroom" thing, or the "After meeting each other and having many things happen, relationships form, but are they the right ones?" thing?

I think it'd be more fun to start from the beginning, with the homeroom, if only 'cause it would let me have more practice with my character's personality. I don't mind skipping after a while, though, if it gets too slow. =D

Then we shall start with everyone making their way into homeroom, Class 1-F, building 3.
The campus is about 340 acres with twenty buildings, a chapel, and a very large middle ground.
There are six dorms: Freshman and Sophomore girls, F and S guys, J girls, J guys, Senior girls, and Senior guys.
Any other information: the first to come up with it in the RP is the one whose explanation is truth. :]
