An introduction of myself?
I'll start by saying that I'm a college student studying linguistics. As you can see I'm male (though you can never tell just by the avi on gaia... which I think is a good thing! Gender bending can be fun!)
I'm just learning the basics of bdsm but I've actually gotten some formal training from a couple 'experts' in shibare (Tanya will yell at me for not putting up the kanji...) and other practices. The advice I can offer to other people interested in learning: start young! Most people don't get into it until middle age; I'm often the youngest one at events like Fetish Balls and stuff.
Anyway, I think this sounds like a very fun guild, I can't wait to take part and contribute!

It's funny,'cause that corset was made (by a friend) for a "flat-chested 14 year old"... which I'm clearly not! Which is why my breasts are nearly falling out! I was rather impressed though.. I wore (& partied in!) that corset for 8 hours straight! I was walking a little funny the next day, but it was SO worth it!

I like bodices, or really any dress, or top that's got good boning, they define the body shape, which is nice, though I have to say, so far I prefer corsets (I've only worn one so far... I'm fairly new to the SCA) but they create shape rather than just defining what's already there. The only pain I got was 'cause the corset was made for someone of a *very* different size than me, so there were bits that poked me & I had tiny bruises the next day... granted I did wear it for a long time!
Also, my boyfriend has a kilt, but I don't actually think it's garb, he uses it for special occasions (he's Scottish), he has armour too.. *drools* Mmm.. boys in armour... *wanders off into her weird & wonderful fantasy land*
