Van cut off the orcs bonds as they continued their way thru the forrest. 'I am sorry for the inconvenience...' he explained to the orc. It nodded, then sniffed in the air. 'Is it the others?' Van asked. It shooked its head and kept sniffing. Van looked around but couldnt see anything. The orc stopped sniffing and grunted that they should keep going.

Eledar took up his bow and knocked an arrow in a single swift motion. "If that orc takes one more step, it will be felled by my hands, on my life I swear it!"

Van turned with his pole ax in his. 'I wouldnt cry myself to sleep If I killed you.' Van spat back. He had had enogh of this. Van wasnt in the mood to fight, and if he lost the orc to this man, then his entire abillity to comunicate with orcs and not get killed would be screwed.

"Everyone hang on a minute." Elrothiel jumped to her feet and placed herself between the two of them. "This is getting ridiculous. We're on the same side here. Nobody is going to kill anyone else. Either we all stick and work together as a company or we go our separate ways now. Either way, I am not going to stand by and watch you all fight. It comes down to trust. Either both of you will trust in the other's judgment, back down to some extent and come to an agreement with all of us as a company or you leave us as a company." She glared at both of them, "So make up your minds now."

'Im not the one wanting to fight, I want to return the orc to prevent one.' Van replied. van turned back to the orc, 'You can continue from here,' he said to it, cutting the last of its bonds off of its hands. It nodded with a grunt, and continued towards the ends of the woods.

Elrothiel gave an exasperated sigh. "I trust you Van, but the others don't know you." As the orc disappeared into the treeline she gave a wry smile, "At least that decision has been made for now."

Norven was not sure what he was seeing. A party of elves and humans just let a orc go free. He moved even closer to the group sticking close to the shadows.

Van nodded. 'Our orc freind pointed something out though...' He said to Elrothiel, 'It seems we have company. His scent was picked up several minuits ago.' Van pointed off to the woods where there was a faint sketch o fa figure. Van wasn'r even shure if he saw it, but the orc was shure, and that was good enough for him.

Norven saw Van look right at him and he shrank down to the ground to hide himself. He put a arrow in his bow in case he need to defend himself against these strange people.

Van couldnt see the person in the shadows really, but he did see a slight movement. This realesed any doubts he had about it. Van turned his pole ax towards the shadows and away from Eledar, then raised the tip of it in the air, in an attemp to not start any unnecisary fighting. his side was still not up to snuff, and didnt want to risk anything.

Elrothiel turned in the direction Van had indicated, and saw a flash of movement as whatever it was dived for cover. With her elven sight she could see clearly enough to recognise the shape as humanish, but nothing more distinctive than that. She drew her sword slowly, there was no point pretending they hadn't seen it, and slowly began to cross the clearing towards it.

Van walked slowly next to her and a slight step behind. With her eyes, she would see anything coming long before he had a chance. He still kept his own eyes and ears open for the slightest noise or sound.
