I got a new hairstyle, although I haven't seen any horns or any new tattoos. Maybe I just don't have enough ink.

I would assume you do... every once in a while when I check I see larger ones that weren't there before. So I don't think you can see tatoos that you don't have enough ink for.

Also, prices of ink have raised by about 300 to 400 percent since that announcement.

The max I have is... 10 black ink.

So maybe that's why.
