Snowystream stood outside crouched behind Moonstar and Skystar.
"This stink is horrible!"She said shaking her head and drawing her lip back to keep the smell out.Snowystream looked over at Skystar listening to his suggestion."That bear would kill us we if we tried that.Think brother.He's a hundred times bigger than us.We should send our faster runners to lure it out then the rest of us could take over getting it to chase them and then we can push it over if it gets close enough to the ridge."Snowystream's idea was a little better but still as risky as Skystar's."What do you think Moonstar?"
((I thought that was a good idea like in book 5 when Fireheart and the others lured the dogs over the cliff and Bluestar ended up pushing one over and dieing.Isn't that what we're going for anyway?))

Sparkpaw caught up with the clan and watched the scene. Finally she spoke up.
"E-e-excuse me, but..." she looked at the raging bear, then to the 3 cats discussing a plan. "But if it's that big, how many cats will be needed to get it over the edge? What if we tried to blind it first...? Like with sand. Or thorns. Or... claws. Then we'd just have to trick it into not seeing the edge and following it's nose by throwing a branch with cat scent on it over the edge.
"Not that, um, your ideas are bad..." she finished hastily. " I AM only an apprentice after all..."

Sparkpaw nods and jumps down to the ledge. She stops and glances back. "So much for helping Earthclan..." she mutters, and steps into the camp of waiting cats.
She huddles down in a corner and waits for action.
