Cinderheart peeked in Willowstar's den. It was empty. "I'll hep with the patrol." she meowed as she sat down in the clearing, waiting to see who else would be in the patrol.
Crescent
Crescent had just walked out of camp when he heard something about a patrol and turned around "I'll come."

I think some people should wait here. I can do that but im up to do anything i mewed staying because i knew Dawnfrost would be here and i wanted to help as much as possible
i looked at my sister meaningfully so that she knew i was trying to help.

((Oh... well I was kind of gonna take Dewkit, Rosekit and Longkit for myself :/ That's why I put my username instead of "up for grabs", sorry! But now that I think about it, she was the one I wanted least, so you can have her mrgreen But Rosekit and Longkit are mine, mwahaha!))

Novakit lowered her voice even more and whispered "When I was out in the woods, I saw a patch of burdock! I need those roots to prove myself, but I don't want to go by myself." 'Maybe I should use flattery..' "I need someone who's strong and brave to help protect me if I run into Thunderclan cats again, and you're the toughest friend I have! Will you help me out?"

Whitekit
Whitekit woke to the sun rising on the horizon. She stretched as it warmed her white fur. She looked to see that Tigerflower had curled around her while she slept. Whitekit could hear Moonkit and Icekit snoozing in their nest. Whitekit licked her mother and stumbled out of the den. She squinted to see the fresh kill pile against the sun. "Going somewhere?" A voice called from inside the nursery. Whitekit looked back at her mother. "I'll be right back." She assured Tigerflower. She bounded to the pile and grabbed a vole for her mother and mouse for herself. Her neck ached as she strained to carry the fresh kill to the nursery. Tigerflower's eyes shone with pride as her kit walked in with her head high. "My little warrior. Your father and I always knew you'd be strong." Tigerflower purred. Whitekit looked at her mother with shame in her heart. But I'm not going to be a warrior! I'm going to be a medicine cat! Whitekit only nodded and took her mouse to share with her denmates. "Hey Moonkit, Icekit." She mewed and prodded the sleeping kits with her paw. Icekit yawned and opened her eyes. As the kit rolled over her paw landed on Moonkit's face. The young tom sneezed and sat up. "Wanna share?" Whitekit asked. Moonkit sniffed. "Is that mouse?" He mewed and pounced on the fresh kill. "Hey! Save some for us!" Icekit purred, and the three kits shared tongues over the meal.

Cinderheart twitched her ears as she thought of what to do. Then in a soft meow said " I think Nightkit can wait behind. She'll want to do something anyways. And Dawnfrost and Stormclaw could stay here too, while me, you, and Crescent went out and looked for her?" The dark grey she-cat waited patiently for a reply.

Sounds good Cinderheart, this worries me though, Willowstar disappearing when so many duties have to be withheld and the clan still in shock from the badger attack. She looked lovingly at her sister as she, Cinderheart and Crescent headed out of camp.

Cinderheart shrugged and then sniffed the ground. "Hey! I found her scent!" she cried when a faint trace hit her in the breeze.
Crescent
"I think I saw her slip out of camp with another cat." Crescent meowed as he tried to find any other scent of Willowstar.

"I'm leaving. I've had enough of you soft hearts!" Foxpaw yowled as he turned around and lashed his tail behind him. He padded out of camp with Crystalpaw and Emberpaw following after him.

Blaizefang watched as his two nephews left the camp. His eyes were filled with sorrow.

As the three cats left camp, Dawnfrost prayed a silent prayer to StarClan that Willowstar was Ok. She retraced her steps to the medicine cat den and sat down in her moss bedding No point in wasting my energy pacing around camp She laid her brown flecked head on her white paws and attempted to fall asleep

at cinderhearts statement i sniffed the air
i found it too! i mewed
do you remember what this cat looked like? i replied to crescent shocked as thoughts raced through my head about her lying and decieving her clan
i shook my head to clear the thoughts, shes are leader i thought to myself she would never do that!..but still i couldnt help doubt come into my mind. it has been done before i continued with my thoughts

"Firefang?" Cinderheart mewed softly as another scent hit her nose. She twitched her ears at Crescent's words. 'She went out with Firefang?'

((Sorry I've been gone for so long, hard to focus on roleplaying when someone is texting you every three seconds, but problem solved now, and once school is over I will have even fewer things keeping me from gaia biggrin
and sorry burrito, I thought it said up for grabs on Dewkit ^^; oh, and Twilight{Willowstar} won't be back until May 8th, I found out from another guild I'm in with her.))

Snakekit felt his chest swell at his friend's flattery. "I would have helped you anyway you know," he mewed lowly, smirking. He gave a quick glance back at Bloodmint. "Let's go before she gets up," he said, sneaking out the nursery.

"It's okay. I guess they weren't right for clan life." Blaizefang meowed as he stared at the spot where his nephews had been only a few moments ago.

"We'll return when we're older and show them what a real clan is." the red furred tom said as he, Emberpaw and Crystalpaw padded away out of clan territory.
Crystalpaw
"Can we change our names? I don't want to be stuck with this pathetic soft-heart name anymore." Crystalpaw growled as they approached a section of woods just outside Shadowclan's territory.
Foxpaw
"Of course. From now on you shall be called Orangeglare. Emberpaw, you shall become Quiverpaws. I shall become Foxfang." he announced and then preceded to lead in yowling the other two's new names.
