Maria hummed brightly as she tidied the kitchen. A bowl of oatmeal sat on the island, sprinkled with cinnamon in the center. Two slices of whole wheat toast sat on a saucer next to the bowl, along with a large glass of orange juice and silverware. She paused and darted to the fridge to pull out the butter and sat it down onto the island.

Skunk came in, hair a damp knot on top of her head, still lost in thought. The smell of food brought her partially back to the present, however."That smells great" she said softly as she sat down.

She shrugged a bit, since the Bardess does not recall, and she wouldn't lie about this, not now. She ate the oatmeal. "It's all....so.... much..." she finally said.

Left overs? She was NOT planning on leaving leftovers if she had her druthers. She hadn't been kidding about how good it tasted. "No not the food... just.... everything..."

Eric shifted outside the door, smiling at his housekeeper. "I would be most pleased if you called me Eric, Little One," He said as he strode into the kitchen.

She gasped, startled at his appearance, of course, she had a mouthful of juice when she gasped. the coughing that followed... was pretty epic.
