Elrothiel looked over towards the orc. Her lifted eyebrow clearly expressed her irritation that they were all preoccupied with the orc. "Just slit its throat." she said icily, turning back to Ranu. She crushed another herb in the water, before applying them to the wound. Her eyebrows drew together in a frown when there was no reaction from Ranu and she bit her lip; these herbs should have strong healing properties but she had gathered them a while ago and clearly the effect wasn't as good as it should have been. She laid her hand to his head and used one of the lesser spells to ensure his temperature was kept low - the last thing they needed was a fever.

Ranu's eyelids gave a flutter. His lips trembled, but not much occured except his breathing grew a little more laboured.

"No,dont kill it,ill have some fun with him after we help Ranu." Elenath turned back to the pot of ater,"we should probly build up the fire,and get him closer to it.Ohh,he's coming too."

Van leaned on a tree outside of the camp where the others were. His side was bleeding thru his bandages he had wraped around his waist. It took a while, but he had finally agreed the orcs not to kill him. All he had to do was make shure that the orc that was held captive was let to escape. Van took another moment and walked into the camp, depending heavily on his spear for support.

Eledar heard heavy footsteps in the brush. They didn't sound like an orc, but he readied his bow nonetheless. "Who goes there?" he yelled.

'Im one of the party, the orcs are out by the tree line...' Van grunted, he wasnt shure who he was talking to, but he didnt care that much either, he was looking for Elrothiel, she was the only healer in the camp that he knew.

Elrothiel trickled magic slowly into Ranu's wound, stopping the bleeding and repairing light tissue. Much of the healing would have to be done himself and it would be several days before he'd be able to use all the muscles properly. She smiled wryly. It would have been easier if the wound had been a clean one, but nothing in life was ever simple. She turned at the sound of voices and started to smile as Van entered the camp, but the smile died on her lips. The bandages around his side were soaked through and he was obviously suffering serious injuries. She swore and jumped to her feet. "What the hell have they done to you? You told me that you would be alright!"

"If the orcs are in the tree-line,we might want to get Van and Ranu to the back of the camp,and sheltered."

Van shook his head at Elenath, 'Dont worry, they're not going to attack, and as for these,' he said gesturing to his wounds and looking back at Elrothiel, 'They were frenzy, so it took a while to reason with them. They'll leave in the morning.' Van let out a painfull sigh as he sat on one of the logs near the now week fire. Van looked around and saw the orc that was tied up. 'What are you guys going to do with him?' he asked.

Elrothiel let out an exasperated huffy sound. "What is everyone's preoccupation with the orc? Ranu is dangerously injured, you are dangerously injured and you ask about the orc!" She sat down beside the fire again and grabbed the bowl of herbs with a sigh. "Come here and let me have a look at it then." She spoke more calmly, having recovered from her momentary irritation.

Slowly, Ranu used his hands to claw his way into a sitting position with his hands behind him for support, "Thanks, Elrothiel" Ranu said quietly.

Elenath was trying to find a certain type of herb he knew grew in the woods nearby,but he was having no luck."What are we going to do now?" he asked Erothiel,as he sat down next to her and looked at Van's wounds

Van scooted on to the ground and off the log and rested his head upon it. 'I was just curious...'he said with a grunt, rolling on his un injured side. 'Its not often this group passes up a chance to kill an orc.'

She smiled at Ranu as he sat up slowly. "You're welcome. You need to take it easy for a while though." She glanced at Elenath briefly before turning her attention back to Van's wounds. "At the moment I am going to do what I can for Van's wounds. Then deal with several other problems." She cast a measuring glance to the orcs in the trees and indicated the orc tied up. "They're waiting for him?" she asked Van, eyebrow raised.
