" She`s not here , " Core called to the entering man . She had heard him speak when he entered .
Turning back to Travis , she didn`t know what to say . What was there to say ? Conversation never droned on long enough for vampires to really care about one another .

" Don`t leave , " murmured Core . And then she thought of Kara , but it was Kile who spoke first . " Hey , lets go hang at Kara`s . It`s getting kinda crowed in here . " Core nodded and stood up to leave , motioning for Travis to follow .

Rizu let his growl fade away as he turned and galloped off towards the park. Keeping his body close to the wall and his noise to the ground to minimize the chance of being seen. Each one of his steps run out in the air, it was like the sound of four bags of meat hitting the ground. The city was loud, because of that Rizu never really felt the need to move silently, instead he invested more of his conciousness into being invisible. Keeping his shadow conjoined with the shadows of the walls and maksing sure that his head, ears, and his tail were all low to the ground.

Ravi stopped and turned to the woman. He looked at her with lazy eyes and sighed. "Then where might my little Jagger be?"he asked, wondering. He walked over to the table just as a man was departing.

Flashing his ID and a grin full of pointy teeth, Xitemo would slide easily past the bouncer into the quiet club. It was around four in the after noon and the club was fairly calm, with a little jazz playing in the background and the lights dimmed a little. He didn't bother to look around the bar for dangers, as he had been told that so long as he didn't start trouble none would find him.
"Vodka. The good stuff. A glass of it." he said plainly with a twenty in his hand being proffered to the barkeep.
As he waited he sat down and looked around. It -looked- normal, but his nose picked up the smells of vamps and weres. And the faint undertones of chemicals - the kind used to wash away blood. So it looked like trouble did barge in here once in a while...

Rogue entered after many long weeks in the nearby Boston coven. She enjoyed the old feel that city had. The dark aura of many of the humans was quite fascinating. Though she supposed this to be normal in a place such a place close to Salem Massachusetts.
She lit a cigarette and nodded her head to the guards at the front door. Good to be back here, though. Enough darkness to feed my thirst for a while longer.
The bass heavy song vibrated the chest cavity, and she welcomed its oppression on her body.
She hadn't been feeding enough, and her mood swings were beginning to get the best of her - a completely normal reaction for Sanguinarian vampires when they did not feed frequently enough. She had not interacted with her kind enough to be reminded to feed, though the thirst had its nagging place of her every waking moment.
I wonder where Alexz could be.

"You rang?" Alexz said with a smirk and a chuckle, as she appeared beside Rogue in a puff of smoke.
She hadn't seen the elder for what seemed to be years, but in fact was only a few months. It was nice to see a familiar face in a city which seemed to be filled with strangers. She had been in this city for so long and yet was still unaccustomed to the constant change in scene.
"How have you been? You look...hungry." she said, expressing a touch of concern.
She knew how ferocious vampires were capable of becoming after having gone for quite some time without food. Especially Sanguinarians, as she had observed on countless occasions.

Rogue's eyes went wide for a moment and flashed green as she was slightly startled by Alexz's approach. Her inner hunter did not like to be startled. Recognition fell into place and Rogue smiled with her mouth but not her eyes, slightly falling back into her hungry daze.
"Yes, I suppose I am a bit hungry..." She was listening intently to the bass, but stretching her hearing, listening to the heartbeats closest to her.

"Sorry for giving you a fright." Alexz said with a smirk.
Her smirk faded quickly as she noticed how Rogue's eyes didn't match the smile on her face. A frown pulled at her finely arched eyebrows, how long ago did Rogue feed? She rarely saw her in this state. A quick surface scan of Rogue's thoughts made her raise her eyebrows.
"A bit? Rogue you're starving!" she said with slight shock.
After the incident with the diamond, Alexz was very careful not to let herself get to the point of starvation ever again. Starvation seemed to awaken the predator within them all, the mindless killing machine, and she wasn't too fond of that side of herself.

Rogue swallowed once, her throat feeling like sandpaper. Images of blood flowing freely washed over her mind. She closed her eyes imagining the taste. A low growl was emitted and her head was lowered as if she were in a drunken state, trying to regain some sort of sense of reality. She was someone. Control was something she needed, but as she tried to remember why, all she could hear was a woman's heartbeat, louder and louder nearest them.
Rogue felt her fangs grow heavy in her mouth, and when she lifted her eyes to the heartbeat, her expression was dark, her eyes glowing a dark emerald. A low growl came out again as she fought to control herself, jumping this woman in the middle of her own establishment.

Alexz's eyes narrowed on Rogue's which she could see now were glazed over. She hissed ever so slightly, enough for Rogue to hear but not enough for any to notice. What was she thinking walking into an establishment filled with humans in her state? Especially considering the elders' current situation in the media.
Her hand reached out and wrapped around Rogue's wrist tightly, pulling her closer. In an instant they disappeared from the dance floor, their sudden departure undetected. They reappeared in her office.
"Sit." she said sternly, releasing Rogue from her grasp and giving her a mental push towards the seat closest to them.
She headed over to the window which overlooked the dancefloor and made eye contact with one of the guards; he left the dancefloor as she turned to face Rogue.
"Control yourself, please, your dinner is on the way." she said coldly.
