(hmm i think i should get back into this. Even though i've been getting busier and busier. Besides i'm sure my guys would be arriving in Beythesmia by now...... Oh and i'm going to color code these two so its easier to tell who's talking. )

"Well How long has it been since you've been back home? Didn't you visit once after our exiletation?" Ramas asked his sister after they reached the gates.

"Actually its been several years. Has anything changed?" Meryll asked him.

"Yeah. Its changed quite a bit. I've got some people on the inside who owe me. So until we find brother I'm going to have to make them pay up. We can't afford to rent a hotel for now anyway."

"What are you talking about? We have plenty of money."

"Not money. we can't afford the attention. You probably aren't as well known out here as before. Hell most people don't recognize me from my roots. All they'll see is some strange outsiders with plenty of cash. Not to mention that a magistrate has been killed recently while traveling in outer lands. They'll take note when someone begins spending big money especially if they believe if it was a paid assassination. Besides, i'd like to find more about this guy. He's damned rich and from what i've heard from another friend he's dabbling in secret society stuff that he probably shouldn't be in. I'm going to see if he can shelter us for the time being."

Ramas walked along side the horses his sister had managed to rent for the wagon. Meryll had some experience riding so she got to control the wagon......Or so she thought. Ramas hadn't dared Fight with her right now so he let her have the wagon. He had rode a few horses into battle as a soldier and a mercenary. But he let her have fun with it. It wasn't often he got to visit his sister and she hasn't had a chance to do much other than work.

"we take the first right here and go through the rich district. His place is sort of in between the richies and the poors. If things start looking like your shop we've gone to far." He directed his sister. She just nodded and followed his directions. Eventually they made it to Firomis' front gate. Ramas walked up to one of the gatekeepers. "I'm here for Magister Firomis. We have a little deal to settle."

"Hmm really....do I know you???" Ramas said when he starred at the new man. "haven't i seen you somewhere before?" Ramas couldn't quite figure it out. He was sure he had seen him before but maybe it was just some deja vu. "Either way what else is going on. Your going to have to speed it up, we have some business of our own to take care of while we're here."

"I highly doubt that you know me, young man. It's been at least 200 years since I've shown my face to the world. Other than my close friends, there aren't many who knew I was even still alive." Sethos smiled politely to Ramas. "I assume you are here in order to gain favor of the current Magistrates in high positions, so that your brother may become one as well. If this is what you're here for, then the business you speak of is both Firomis' and my own. If it's a matter pertaining to the events of Thelmios, then I am also to be included in the matter."

Firomis nodded. "Yes, indeed. But before we can give you our favor for having your brother acknowledged into the ranks of the Magistrates, there is something you should know. The latest meeting yesterday between the Council has already placed a new person in charge of district 14. However, within the next few weeks there will be another meeting to appoint a person to be in charge of District 21. During this time, we will make the appropriate actions to suggest your brother." Firomis bowed slightly. "In this way, we can assure someone who isn't corrupted by evil can take power in the city."

Sethos nodded slowly. "Well then, you may stay here as long as you need to. This is probably the safest area for anyone within the city, other than in the Royal district itself, considering the current residents and people who currently watch over it."

Firomis looked at Ramas for a moment. "Was there anything else you wanted to discuss?"

"Then I shall take me leave, I need to get things in order at my new home and that may take a large amount of time." Firomis looked at Sethos and shook his hand. "It's good to have you back, I can't stress that enough Sethos." Sethos nodded. "Enjoy your stay at your new home, and don't let the council down, we're all counting on your ability to lead in order to pave the way towards the future of this city." Firomis chuckled politely and then suddenly vanished in a veil of mist.

"Oh come now, it's not all that confusing. It just involves a great deal of work that can be stressful to the mind if you're not careful." Sethos started to walk inside the mansion once more. "Do you know much about my kind, Kristin?" he turned and gave her a smile. For a brief moment, this man who was already incredibly handsome, became even more so. "I've found humans to be quite amazing, in my long life. The elementals seem to bless your kind with an ability to adapt quickly, and an ability to learn even more quickly. Even though I must admit, while my kind is also unique and interesting in our own way, we aren't quite as interesting as yours. Humans have a limited capacity for magical growth, but every now and then there are those who are capable of pushing past the limit and breaking it, such as Deckard, Kaneas, Toren, and Estellise. Humans are capable of advancing their magic in a short time, and mastering it to allow themselves to harness their full potential, but we Kitsune must work for many years to reach our full potentials. However, I've not met many Kitsunes that have reached their full potential. The last person I met who was able to do so, did so at an early age and has since pushed beyond his limitations to exceed that shackle which binds us. He is also known as the Augur of Storms, and he is the current Emperor, Lord Kletian Belias. Though currently he hasn't appeared in public for a while due to personal issues. It's hard to believe that he is younger than me, yet more powerful by far. I can still remember the inauguration day like it was yesterday." Sethos closed his eyes for a moment.

"I'll do the best that I can to ensure that the work Firomis did for this district does not go unnoticed. Although it seems already that this district is going to be pretty difficult to keep in line." Sethos looked around the mansion and smiled to himself.
