ttig WOW Ananda you had alot against you in a short amount of time. I would suggest baby steps, maybe around the block first few time, NO HIGHWAYS! I can't even get behind the wheel yet, let alone go around the block. xp But, that's why I bought the book. I'm hoping that the relaxation techniques, and especially the section specifically about overcoming phobias, will help me finally get past this, so I can have the freedom of being able to drive.

I know what you mean, I still freak out when a semi passes me. But like I said Baby steps. The only way to get over something is to work through it. I'm not saying to go jump in a car and take of. Just sit in one for awhile, get commfy, then work up from there.

Morning, everyone...
Ananda, that reminds me... I should get my butt to the DMV sometime here and get my license back... don't drive without insurance, people! Well... don't crash without insurance, really...
So... I'm not going to work today. I dunno about immigrant solidarity, but i do know who drives the busses! Getting stranded in downtown LA isn't something I'm aching to risk! xd
