Deep in the cave there would a pulsing green light that pulsed like a slow beating heart beat. Inside the crystal would be a wolf curled up sleeping it would look like. "Child of the sky lands please fear not my voice, I call upon ye who guards the black keys to release me. I grow weaker the more the shadows try to get at my crystal pod. If the barrier I have placed around me cracks and I am still inside this crystal at that time I will fade from life. So Child of the sky lands, guardian of the key release me so I can rejoin the fight." He spoke into the mind of the one who got close to him.

The crystal didn't throw her back, instead it glowed brightly near blinding as the crystal began shaking softly at first, then stronger and stronger as the unstable rock formation around the crystal began cracking more then the crystal it's self the wolf inside spoke into the woman's mind. "Thank you friend, but the stability of this cave is weak flee as it crumbles to keep yourself safe I shall be fine and will be free now from here." He said opening his eyes showing what looked to be pure emeralds in his eye sockets almost that was the color of the wolf's eyes as the crystal started draining the liquid out of it and he began slow movements but seemed to be getting stronger in them. Being a wolf there was a lot of room inside the crystal watching the woman to make sure she ran as the cave fell around the crystal shaking with the cracking crystal.

Once she would be outside he took in a deep breath lowering his wolf head and start to howl raising his tone and head until he pointed his head straight up in a high pitched howling sound that seemed to resonate harmonically with the crystal to cause it to blow up out the top of the rock formation without much debris shooting out just like a dark green blast of energy shot up once the energy sho faded he was in the air as if teleported transforming from wolf to man spinning as dark green shards flew out at various angles peppering the shadows around where the barrier was but then he shifted back into the form of a wolf landing on the settling collapse of rocks and leaping down beside the woman and scratched his neck with his hind paw.

The wolf stopped scratching thinking a bit then blinked. "Um I forgot my name oddly. but I remember everything else hmm." He said vocalizing words without opening his wolf mouth or speaking to minds then he stretched a bit. "So want to rest here or head on out to where you was going? I might remember my name in time just had not had to use it in so long." he asked watching her.

The wolf snorted and followed her closely. "well don't worry too much about them I dealt with them on my crystal clones for years so I can easily beat them. we shall go with the other and I will help protect you." The wolf said keeping up with her.

The wolf listened keeping up with her and hearing this he slid to a stop at that mention of the beast and sneezed a sign of irritation. "Was he a wolf that walked like a human and able to take a human form as well?" He asked her licking his muzzle and watched her a bit. It seems he knows something about this beast. "What happened, how long ago, and where was this beast at, and did he take anything." The wolf asked his emerald eyes peering into her own.

The wolf growled going invisible and even the sounds he made vanished then he reappeared still growling. "I see, it's a shame but I might be able to track him, I was given a gift or two by the key master. One was this a genetic adjustment to master my fathers genetics of the black chameleon it even silences all sound only one like me or the silver crown harpy clan can track my shadow." The wolf said huffing.

"I only remain in this wolf form because of lack of garb. And it keeps me decent in a sense. Mother was a lycanthrope, A female born werewolf which it's usually males that are born as a lycan females usually have to be bitten and infected by another werewolf, but because she was rare she was special breeding capabilities. And she chose out of a few suitors to take the prince of the clan of black chameleons which are kinda like lizard versions of werewolves. I sense the first key is still in this plane. it has not reached the shadow realm yet." He said catching up and getting ready to follow her again as she took in what he spoke about himself and his shadow.

The wolf focused and nodded a bit. "Yes he is is though he seems highly agitated about something he is to the north east of us. about half a day away as the crow flies." He said softly to her giving a wolfish grin.
