Kristin didnt really believe that they knew nothing about the man in the black robe. Maybe they didnt want to tell her. She was new in the Silver and she probably havent earned their trust yet. She followed them in silence. Firomis would tell her though. At least she hoped so.

"Hm... I forgot. Hayate and I have some other business here in Thelmios. It'll probably take us a few more days to get that done, so why don't you go on and head off on you own Kristin?" Hiroko looked at her while Hayate nodded and disappeared off around the corner.

Kristin nodded and left Thelmios alone. She used magic to make her journey back to Firomis house faster. By nightfall she was at the gate. She was exhausted, but at least she was there and tonight she would get to sleep on a normal bed and not on some inn.

Davius greeted her at the gates. "Good evening Miss Rain, we've been expecting your return tonight. A bed has already been prepared for you inside. I'll lead you to the room." he bowed slightly and simply lead her to the bedroom, leaving her to herself after showing her inside the room. "Good night." he said before he left and disappeared somewhere down the hall.

Kristin smiled kindly at him and thanked him. She was really tired from her trip back to Firomis's house, so after she took a long bath to relax her mind and body, she went straight to bed. She hid under the covers and closed her eyes. It wasnt long before she fell asleep, her exhaustion taking over.

((well its not what i wanted to post but i was having a little block that was bothering me. Sorry if you guys were waiting on me at all. ))
Ramas hurried to Meryll's stall. He arrived just as she was finishing a deal with another client. "Hey sis i need you to close shop for today. We have some business to take care of."
Meryll was upset at this news. "Did you get into some trouble? Wheres your girl?"
"Don't worry about it, we aren't in trouble at all and she left. when was the last time you talked to big brother? Did he tell you where he was hiding?"
"Yeah why? Whats going on?"
" Remember how dad used to have a nice position in Beythesmia? Well theres a new opening and brother is the only one of us who has the skills to get the job. He knows his way around a crowd. I bet we'll have an early election." Ramas began to pack up some of the remaining weapons. Business seemed to be surprisingly good for her prices. However, Meryll stopped him.
"Wait what do you mean theres an opening? What the hell happened?"
"well that guy who was hosting this was a Magistrate. He had a illegal, and yes i mean illegal for here too. But either way he was selling illegal goods in a secret chamber underground. Some guy came in and fried him and brought the whole place down. If we can reach brother soon we can get him to the city and get him back into the game. We won't have to hide anymore, our family will be back to how it used to be. No more hiding in crappy inns or having to travel to who knows where because we got into trouble with someone. Hell I won't even have to do this freelance stuff anymore. It'll all be back to how it was." Ramas continued to pack up Meryll's goods.
"But what about the shop? I don't have anyone else to run it, and i promised the old man i'd keep it running for him."
"If you paid your rent for it recently then i'm sure you can take a couple of days off until we find brother. Once we find him then you can come back for awhile, make some stuff, sell some swords or whatever. Just make sure the shop is still standing then come back to helping me and brother. "
"I can't just do that. What if someone breaks into the place? I don't have anything secured in there."
"Look i need you to help me find brother. Once we find him your free to do whatever. He needs to know whats going on.”
Meryll looked unsure what to do. “Ok. I’ll help you look for him.”
Ramas gave a sigh of relief. “Good, now where was the last place he was holding out in?”
“Beythemesia. He figured they stopped searching for us a long time ago and went back to see if he could rebuild our family’s name there.”
“Ah. He had the right idea, wrong timing. How come he never tried contacting me while I was there?”
“I don’t know. Do you still want my help or are we going to just sit here.”
“Right, lets get right to it.” Ramas began helping meryll pack up what she hadn’t sold yet.

Hiroko waved his hand around and all of the goods Meryll was selling began floating and packing themselves up neatly and carefully in the wagon. "It seems a talk with our leader Firomis might be something for you to check out in the near future. Although I don't know whether or not he'd help your brother take a position of power in the city, it is still possible. Magistrates have a high pull in determining who becomes a new magistrate, and the ones at the top have the highest pull." Hiroko tossed a bag of coins to Ramas. The bag, obviously quite heavier than a sum of 300,000 gold pieces would be, contained about 2.5 times that. "A bit extra as a gift from my brother and I. Your task, albeit in a strange method, was completed in a way that we didn't have to lose face by attacking Fenix in an unsightly manner. Fenix was in the possession of quite a large number of artifacts it seems also."
Hiroko held out his hand which had three rings in it. The rings were quite ornate and had a large number of brown gems laden in them on the outside all around the circular figures. "The Triad of Genomos. I assume your family is all Earth based users, and so this particular artifact should come in quite handy for you. The rings were originally worn by a powerful earth Sorcerer named Genon, centuries ago. When he died, he engraved a large portion of his power into these rings in order to allow his apprentices to take revenge for his death. The rings will increase the potency of your magic dramatically, but they may also tend to cause you to use magic more quickly thus draining your reserves faster. Genon was said to have been able to stand head to head with air sorcerers in his prime."

Kristin woke up early the next morning. She got dressed quickly and left her room. She wanted to ask Firomis about the man that had killed Fenix. She was still very angry about the fact that she was supposed to know him but still she didnt. The members of the Silver had told her many times that they had no secrets between them and still she didnt know this man.
She looked down the hall. Where was Firomis now? Well her best chance was to try to see if she could find Davius and ask him. She went in the kitchen.

"Ah, Miss Rain, always a pleasure to see your bright and shining smile in the morning. What can I assist you with today? Are you hungry at all? Or could it be you are looking for Master Firomis?" Davius was walking around the kitchen preparing meals, organizing the kitchen and helping the cook all at the same time simultaneously.

Kristin smiled at him. "I was looking for Firomis actually. I wanted to talk to him", she said. She watched him as he moved around the kitchen. She found the fact that he did all those jobs at the same time, very interesting. "Could you tell me where i could find him?", she asked him.

"Master Firomis is in the ballroom on the second floor speaking with Artemis. Apparently last night he had a meeting with the Royal Family and the other Magistrates of the city. So he is updating Artemis on the situation." Davius was moving about his multi-tasking still, flawlessly. It was a wonder that he was even human and not a robot.
