Noah, I can't think of any reason Neo would be in the cobweb forest. Honestly, he doesn't really care about this conspiracy your character's concocting, so it'll be a little while longer before I post there.

I'm afraid, Sir Tokushi, that Cyrus at his current state could not preform a feat as twisted as the one in my head, it would take many forces, those of Divine, as well as Devious and Chaotic.
However, I might share to the class if it cares to listen.
It is something to do if Noah is ever caught.
It would drive him beyond insanity.
