She radiates inner calm inhibiting drastic action and slowing down reaction times, while also stifling anger, relieving fear and lessening senses of urgency.( It can’t brain wash or make a person do something against their will. But it can calm down a group of screaming humans long enough to get business taken care of. )
Insinuate - By treating the supernatural as people, rather than monsters the she can upset and strain their foes, making it harder for the opponents to focus on subsequent attacks.( It’s kinda like having a really good reputation and it makes you less likely of a target. But at the same time the monsters will come to you when they are backed in a corner. )
Potent Blood- there is something about her blood that makes her heal just a little faster than normal. This also means if a vampire feeds off her, they will get more from her blood than other humans. It makes this power a double edge sword.
"Finally" Amanda grunted as she spotted the man in the alley. She gun was aimed and the trigger cocked. "Hands up" she called out with a smirk. But the smirk quickly faded as she found the wrong person wearing the doctors clothes. She lowered her gun as she cursed and kicked at the trash on the ground. "Not again!?!" She hissed in anger. She seemed to be missing the mark all week. Her partner showed just in time to realize the doctor got away. Amanda turned and headed back to the alleyway hoping Anguis and the woman would still be there. She still needed statements for her report.

It wasn't hard to calm down some as the man who tried to kill her left. But she looked to the stranger with doubting eyes. As he touched her shoulder she quickly pulled back. Her body still trembling. "I see that. Thank you." She placed a hand over her heart as she tried to force her breathing to slow so she could fully calm down. "I'm sorry.." She muttered softly, blaming herself for everything that happened. She knew better than to follow a stranger into an alleyway, even an open one such as this. "Thank you for showing up when you did. I might have been dead other wise."

Anguis quickly pulled his hand away when she yanked herself away. Well at least he tried. "Please, thanks isn't necessary. Someone was bound to show with you screaming like that," He replied with an even tone. There was no reason for him to get involved any further. "Anyhow, do you think yourself alright to be on your own now? The police girl seemed capable, she should be able to take care of the man for you," he said looking to her and fixing his hat a bit. She was definitely still shaken and to take a journey back to her house on her own would definitely be a long one as this event would most likely leave her paranoid. He reached into his coat pocket and pulled out a small folded switchblade then held it out to her, "Take it. It may offer you a sense of security on your journey back home," he stated. As far as comforting someone goes, it appeared that this was the extent he was capable of. "I don't need it back. I'm sure you won't need it though. Perhaps it will be a good letter opener," he said with a laugh, "Just don't tell the police girl I gave it to you. I don't need her on my back."

"The police seem to have there hands full lately." She said looking at the knife. Tory reached out and quickly took the knife from him. She held it in her hands as if holding something fragile or priceless. "Thank is defamitly in order now." She said softly looking at the blade still. Reaching into her pocket, she pulling out a business card. Bio med lads was the label with her name and business number. "I own the company so if you need a drug test passed or something then let me know."
The bearded man rose his hands at the police but seemed even more confused when they walked away. He waited a few seconds before walking back and away from them. A slight smirk on his bearded face. Looks like he wasn't going to be arrested, that was close. The man couldn't remember the last time he was faced with the guns of the police. It was always a bit distressing, but they were never after him. Always felt relieved after he could walk away. Aced.

Quickly she named her way back to the first alley where she left Tory and Anguis. "Hay, you two. I need statements!" She shouted almost out of breath. "After you give me full statements and clear descriptions of the man then you both are free to go." She pulled out a little tape recorder and turned it on. Quietly she waited for them both to explain everything that happened in detail.

Anguis's hands went into his pockets after the woman took the knife. He watched as she looked it over then pulled out a business card. He took the card from her fingers and turned it over, "Lucky me. I'll keep that in mind and my services are open to you as well. I'm an informant. If there's anything you need to know, find me or leave a note in door 47 between the green lights," he stated with a smile. To make two possible clients in such a short amount of time, things were looking up. Well, for him at least. He turned his head to see the police girl marching over to them. He should have left sooner, he was not in the mood to be interrogated. For him, he did not like giving out free information even if it was to the cops.
"Why hello there Police Girl," he said with a smile and a wave and he slid the business card into a small chest pocket. He lifted his eyebrow when she asked them to describe what the doctor looked like, "My my, it sounds like the Night Surgeon got away. I guess you're not as capable as I had thought, pity," he stated in a slightly mocking tone. He also knew that what he just said was recorded. He was avoiding the initial question and how the man looked was probably burned better into the victim's mind since she was with him longer. He wondered how she would feel knowing that her attacker was still on the loose. Paranoid perhaps?

It was like a lightbulb went off in her head. She smiled brightly at the strange man as she still clung to the knife he gave her. "Well then it looks like we will be doing business very soon." Tory said enthusiastically. She suddenly had hoped that maybe she would get the information that she had been looking for.
As soon as Amanda came around the corner Tory slipped the knife into her pocket. Anguis was worried about the officers reaction to the switchblade that he had given her. If she hoped to do business with the man than she didn't want to upset him. When Amanda asked for details she smiled and started talking. "Well I just met him tonight. I ran into him on the street and we started walking and talking. He ran down the alley way after putting his foot in his mouth. I didn't think anything of it since both ends were open. That's when he began attacking and shortly after Anguis showed up." Tory paused thinking over the scene a few times. She wanted to make sure she didn't leave out any details. She told the police officer everything she wanted to know.

A tic mark formed over her temple as Anguis spoke. She was more than capable and she didn't need a person like him pointing out her failure. It hadn't been the best of weeks. "Listen you. I will give a statement or I'll thought your butt in jail for obstruction of justice. Do you understand?" She hissed in anger. She was just looming for a reason to put anyone in handcuffs at that point. (sorry for the post. I'm in a hurry)

Anguis smiled when Tory stated that they would be doing business soon, "That's good to hear," he replied pleasantly. Then he looked back over the police girl when she threatened him. He lifted his hands with his palms facing outward, "Whoa, calm down. I honestly can't describe the way the doctor looked any better than Tory just did. However," his expression became sly, "I'm positive he's killed before and I suspect that he will kill again. He doesn't seem like he was willing to accept failure, it's very likely he will try again." He lowered his hands. "Time is of the essence Police girl. People are going to keep dropping like flies."

She glared at him for a minute before turning off her recorder. Amanda already got the statement she needed from Tory. She took a step back form him. "I think you more than you are telling. There is just something there that I can't put my finger on." She looked to Tory then back to Anguis. "I think I'll keep an eye on both of you for a while. I don't true either of you." But trust was something she couldn't afford to give. It had no place in her life. She turned and started off, almost wanting to cry. If things kept going like this she would surely get demoted.

Luger P08 enhanced to be able to draw it's wielder's blood as ammunition, blood red runes along the barrel and on the grip. SS Dagger. All obfuscated to remain hidden from others. And a Telescopic Baton.
Heinrich exited a popular nightclub fresh from the hunt, leaving an unconscious girl in a dark booth who everyone will just think drank too much. The only probably was drinking the blood of a drunk brought some of it into your system, but he was sure he could hold it together rather easily. But it was always so easy to hunt here, that's why it's called the Rack, the best hunting ground in the city. And that's why you made extra sure not to kill anyone here, makes the hunting harder. A content and docile herd is best, if they're tense and paranoid they become much harder to deal with. As he walked down the street he could see Amanda on the other side, talking with some people. Reading their auras he could tell one was a human, nothing more. But the other, was something else. A Changeling if he recalled right, and he always recalled right. It looked like something had happened, and with a Changeling involved it could be interesting. Crossing the street he prepared to take on the persona she was familiar with, Frank Johnson. "Well hello there. Seems we've run into each other again. How have you been?"

Vulnerable to overstimulation when used. -Capable of reading a person's aura to determine emotional state and supernatural type and influence. -Can read psychic imprints on objects and locations left behind by powerful emotion. -Telepathy allows him to read a person's mind and probe it for information, and can even send mental messages. However strong minds can resist the intrusion if they can notice it and line of sight must be kept at all times. -Mind Pulse, capable of extending his mind to his target's and sending a sort of mental pulse to cause pain and hindering the target's movement and ability. Can be resisted as Telepathy and causes a drain on his mental powers for a short time.
-Touch of Shadow, able to hide objects from the minds of others, causing their senses to ignore its existence. Meaning they will not see or feel the object. Certain powers can detect and counter this. Video is not affected and will capture the object regardless. Bringing attention to the item will unravel the power. Searching for the exact item can also unveil it. -His very nature as a Vampire is hidden, his aura appearing normal and his Predator's Taint being undetectable. Certain powers can see through this. -Cloak of Shadow, can hide himself from the minds of others, meaning they will not see him, they will hear no sound he makes unintentionally, and they will subconsciously move out of his way. Video cameras are unaffected, but a person viewing through a live feed is. Certain mental powers can detect and penetrate this power. Amanda turned to see her friend and smiled. "I'm ok I guess. It's been a long night and a friendly face is greatly welcomed." She was still flustered over loosing the vampire and the killer. But with Frank standing there she seemed a bit calmer than she had been. She had already started to consider him as a friend. "Well my shift is over, care for a walk?" She asked hoping he would say yes. Last thing she wanted was to go back to her lonely little apartment right now. It was off how she was meeting people now a days. "And what about you Mr. Johnson? How are you doing?"

Anguis just maintained an even smile as the police girl cast suspicion on him. It was nothing new, especially when he played this person. Ah, this face was so much fun! Maybe it was about time he switched to another though. He gave her a wave as she walked off. He was in a good mood contrasting her disheartened one. As he watched her go, he saw a new person go up to her. It was about time he left the picture and venture off elsewhere. He turned back to Tory, "Well, it was a pleasure meeting you and I look forward to doing business with you," he said with a pleasant tone, "I suggest you head home and settle down." Then he turned away and walked into the rush of people on the streets seeming to be engulfed by them and disappear.
Nao weaved through the people skillfully as "Anguis" still had some business to attend to elsewhere. He chuckled lightly to himself. He was quite the busybody, wasn't he?

"Ah, well I'm sorry to hear that. But a walk sounds like a nice idea. As for myself I was just having a small personal celebration, made a good investment so I've had a few. Not too many, but still. Better to walk it off and what not. Care to lead the way?" Heinrich was curious as to what she had been up to lately, and who those people were, so he decided to see what Frank could get out of her. "So who were those two? They weren't caught together in an alley were they? Wouldn't surprise me, this is the Vegas District after all... He would start light, but see what he could learn through mundane methods before probing her mind for the darker secrets. As an Officer and a Hunter she was likely privy to some fairly interesting secrets.
