I just got an item worth 50 mil that we can use for a prize. There should be some item prizes too possibly maybe, for the best players... Or for the achievements! If you get an achievement you get a cool item that has something to do with the achievement. I am still sold on an achievement system.

"The Finest Cut of Angus" Kidnappers decide to come together and override two or more rescues on a single person to still manage to kidnap them! Someone really wanted that Angus.
I think we should use some of the basic ideas from Sunnyville for achievements. Like the first to vote, coming back from kidnapping or jail twice or more within the game, voted out unanimously, etc. Might be a good idea to have a vegetable system as well.
Should we have voting every day or every other day or set dates?

10 PM is a pretty comfortable number I think. Maybe we should also ask players to provide their timezone so we can possibly be a little bit nice if they're late for whatever reason.
10 PM also lets us make sure we get the death and escort posts in before midnight. (Forever chilling out in Mountain Time over here)
On the topic of escort posts, we were discussing if we should post the escort to the public. It wouldn't be very favorable if we put the person being escorted in the post itself - what if a kidnapper was escorted? They would immediately get jailed. Having it slightly mysterious can let people come forth and be honest or bluff and say they were escorted. Bluffing is so much fun in these kinds of games. :3

Started bouncing ideas off of Bru. So far for titles he's come up with a few things.
Devil's Paw Company or DPC for short is a title idea/Crimson cover story for being in Lida. Pairing a place with a color was his idea for a title, so maybe... Crimson Desert?

~Title of Official Game Thread Game Plan Important This is probably the most important, which is why I put at the top. This deals with the title, game mule, rough draft of thread, and graphics of thread. Also, prize pot and starting date are mentioned here in this spoiler.
If anything, we should focus on coming up with a catchy and original title that we can agree with. Afterwards, we can create a game mule with that title. We can throw money at that mule to dress up to look nice and western. With the mule, we can start making the thread in the Test Forum.
We will also need to have a secure password that we all can use to access the mule to post things if one us is unable to. C:
With the game mule, we can set the prize pot with a nice account to store the monies and items. After we finish all of this, we can comfortably open the thread and get entries.

~The Time Dealio~ *Needs Approval!* (It seems like a good idea to give leeway to people of different timezones if they miss the vote due to time differences. Other than that, we will have a three strikes rule where if a player does not vote for a total of three rounds, we will throw them into the "Red Rose Psychiatric Hospital".)
Voting Deadline is as of now 10PM Mountain Time.
~What it means to other Time Zones~ For East Coast: 11 PM is the cutoff for the vote and round. For West Coast: 9 PM is the cutoff for the vote and round. For South Africa: 6 AM? is the cutoff for the vote and round.
~Player Numbers This is about making two different numbered player lists. One of the numbered lists is provided in the official game thread; it will be used for voting and showing votes against each player.
The second numbered list is completely secret. This player list will have special numbers that correspond to each player. These special numbers allow for player actions against each other since many of the special roles of this game is based on guessing a player's true number.
~More Roles We need to have more support crimson roles, so we have balance. In this spoiler, I put the two new ones. I will add more ideas after this post.
★The Psychic This role will be able to choose a number each turn and learn who that number belongs to. (I.E. the psychic messages the mule "I wish to see number 7" and the person the number belongs to is Duri. The psychic then learns that is belongs to Duri.)
★The Framer A Crimson support role that frames people as being Crimson. If an investigative role investigates the same number as the Framer frames, the number/person will show up as Crimson no matter what for the investigator. (FOR THAT TURN ONLY!)

I decided to mess around with the coding of the player entry form because it seemed a bit cluttered and overwhelming. The new version is only viewable via public forum, not guild forum.
What changed? -Less coding, but the player text is also a shade of red, instead of black. -For appearance, I changed it to putting in one word instead of paragraphs. It would be too overwhelming for some to write paragraphs.
As a result, it should be easier for a person to fill out the entry while still retaining some of the guild's player creation guidelines.

I understand that it may be a struggle for some people to write a whole paragraph but I highly dislike the limiting of the descriptions. I'm to the point where maybe we should just leave it open so people can write however much they want. It's hard to make a character, well, a character just with one word descriptions. This is intended for people outside of the guild so we don't know what the characters will be like besides the single, one-dimension word. We'd also have difficulties matching them to a proper merc group with only one word to go on.
If we have the option for a tektek, one word description for appearance is fine.
