Stellar Phoenix Uhhh let's see when the Zurg landed I was in school for something and I don't remember what anymore because it was so long ago. I remember staying up all night with my laggy Towns window trying to participate and then being dead tired for classes OOPS. Since then I've started a design degree but it wasn't really working out so I dropped it. And then the fire nation attacked. Or jobs got harder to find. One of those. But lately I've been just looking for work. I tried my hand at retail and loved it so I think I'm going to stick with that. Hopefully sometime soon I can move like I want to and get a new life. Sovi3t Unit Well where do I begin . . . On here I suppose lol. As as soon as I got the boot from the Zurg Hive back in 2007ish I joined the ranks of the Gaian Resistance and The Kuro Gang. Was great at first but with drama like it was when it started and/or the activity in the plot was going stagnate ((won't go into detail)) I ended up turning into a nomad on Gaia. I was either in Guilds, the Gaming Discussion or the Chatterbox. Eventually with nothing better to do I ended up being a complete unknown just because I ended up being less and less active. Its kinda hard being on here when nothing like the good ole days is happening xP. Though I would have to admit its good to be back in the Zurg Hive. Kinda missed the ole gal. The outside world has been kinda hectic. Graduated late, I still live with my Mother because of her health and I have become a workaholic. Right now I work two full-time jobs and one kinda part-time job. By the Afternoon I work as a maintenance worker for the complex I live in and by night I work as a Security Guard for a gated community. The part-time job is helping out a property owner getting renters in his apartments. Eventually that part-time job will lead up to a full-time job when the owner opens the laundry mat he plans on building later this year so my fingers are crossed for that one ((I'll end up running it and I'll be saving money on gas)).  I recently got a new Ford C-Max which is fairly cool. If anyone remembers me well I used to listen to Death Metal. These days I'm kinda mellow and listen to DJ related stuff. You know Trance, Dubstep, EDM, Techno, Drum & Bass, etc. I guess you can say I blame The Zurg Hive for this because thats where I got hooked into Daft Punk ((Can't wait for their latest studio album!!!). Other than that nothing really new about me. I'm still a music junkie, a videogamer, a anime watcher and always bored xDD. I would love to travel somewhere besides work and/or home.

Back when the Zurg Event occurred I logged in as BatChic, and had just joined Gaia as a newbie. There are still bits of my Batty persona all over the web -- mostly as an artist and poet, but I also host a live new folk music community radio program on Sundays as BatChic for Queen's University, CFRC 101.1 FM, with my partner, Jim. I sometimes sing with Jim, and play the tambourine, and dance at local venues.
As mxy, in the Hive, I was recently given the title of Commander, but really, I'm just plain ol' mxy, who likes to post a lot, and read a lot, and watch movies a lot. xD
Since October 2006, I have exhibited my mixed media artwork, locally, in the Thousand Islands, Ontario, Canada. Last year, I created digital artworks for the Summer Solstice Exhibition, and I was part of the live display~ I painted at my easel in the display window, took the artworks home and worked on them digitally, and then the finished digital artworks were displayed in the retail store window, for the summer.
I have plans to go back to school in the fall, to get my Early Childhood Education Certification, so that I can teach in all-day Kindergarten classes. This will add to my Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours, Graphic) Degree, and my Bachelor of Education Degree.
Right now I am working every Friday as a server at the Hot Roast Company Cafe, but have been searching for meaningful full-time work. Time-intensive, but I have confidence that something will come up. cat_whee
NOW THE BIG STUFF --> Recently I have begun a lifestyle change~ I workout 4 times a week, and rebound on my mini-trampoline daily. Eating healthier, too. Hopefully by October, I will fit back into an old Halloween costume of mine: size 12, or so. XD

omg no I wrote all this up and then Gaia ate it but LOOK AT YOU GUYS ;w; everyone grew up! We're all ADULTS now, how weird is that? Anyway...I'm 24 now. Graduated high school, but didn't really bother with college besides a couple of classes I just took for a quarter for fun. I don't regret that, though; I acknowledged a long time ago that I just don't have the temperament to deal with the required classes that I wouldn't be interested in, so college just isn't for me. I'm working retail right now, been at my current job for a week today and I like it a lot so far. More importantly, though, I'm finally writing a book with a friend that somehow turned into a series. We've still got a lot of work ahead of us, but I've never enjoyed working on anything quite so much. Let's see...I still art ( see?), and most of the reason I'm still around Gaia is because I've become a huge art whore, and I buy lots of art of the characters from our novel. By the way, I'm giving away pretty much all the commons and cheaper items in my inventory, so if anyone's actually interested in those, let me know~ you guys would get first choice, of course.

Lets see...whats been going on with me since the event.
Well I finished high school in May 2008. A couple of months later my father passed away from cancer. I moved out into my first ever appartment but relations with my mother broke down because of how my fathers death changed both of us so I ended up moving a few states away. Got a place with my cousin and met my boyfriend. Ended up moving around a lot trying to find my place in the world. Went jobless for almost a year and thats when I did my moving around the USA. Finally found a place to call home and have been doing okay since then. I never went to collage and I still regrete it though I hope to one day go.
About 2 months ago I killed my car and am now jobless again. No one ever seems to want to hire me. I'm just to wierd for them to handle lol. I still smile and move on though.
I'm trying to get back into drawing but all my skill kind of left after I stopped doing it everyday but I still love it. Still a nerd and still my same old self. Just olders!
*Sorry for it being all sad but thats really whats been going on with me.*
My poor car. I got it for graduating!! T-T
