Not really... Moon actually helped with most of it. Logic followed through afterwards. Sub= Under, before, as a latin Prefix, and Machina was already Latin for machines. Moon was searching for that so there it was Submachina
Noli Manere in memoria is a line stuck in my head when I listened to One-Winged Angel. Thank you, Nobuo Uematsu.

Torn? oh wells... sorry if I contributed to the bandwagon... coincidentally I had an idea for an rp as well.
The setting is based in a Sci-fi/fantasy realm where people have been oppressed by a dark and ominous feudal empire. Currently this empire is threatening to start a war with the last free civilization in this realm. The RPers are one of the few people with certain special abilities and traits that would make them vital to the army. They bribe you with the " good privieged life" you stand to gain if you joined and are given a day to think it over. You're torn between pleasing your darker half and your righteous half. Do you join or run before they kill you? You can flee to the free-state, but will they let you in knowing that you've been invited into the opposing army? The choice is yours.
of course this is only a wip but if anyone likes please ask if you want to know more...

Hurray for Moon! Tell me Alix, what was the conflict internally you suffered from? I'm curious.

Moon's suggestion sounds like a combination of two RP's I was previously in, The Order and Gods and Men. Being the biased Guildmaster that I am, I didn't think I was going to join. That, and I still don't really understand the storyline.

Hm, I can understand. Perhaps he'll flesh out his idea better when he presents it officially.

Yeah, that's another thing.
If you're presenting an idea for an RP, make sure you have most everything thought out, so when it's finalized for official presentation, only necessary changes have been made.
This way, this prevents any half-baked ideas are presented. If any are, they'll get an auto-reject.

I'll make sure it's good and presentable--he's letting me see it first. I'll be sure to compare it to other RP beginnings to try to make sure it's up to standards. ^_*
