 There has to be some kind of Villain from a comic book that looks like that. I swear I've seen one. Probably just me being retarded from when I made Gamma on City of Villains.

Doubt I'll get the chance for much thermite use this time. Only have the grenades and I don't want to risk the collateral or killing someone. But they will look cool if used right.
The suit is fine, the proportions just look off.

Magic and supernatural abilities are created and used in different ways, so 'anti-magic' stuff doesnt affect supernatural abilities at all.

Fenrir Fenix Telepathy or somesuch. Makes people around him go all ADD/OCD. You DO realize just how much this can ******** you up, right? Right? Considering anyone who knows anything about this s**t can tell you that control is one of the most important things in making sure ability use doesn't kill one or both people involved in it.

That's why I don't target magic. I target the mind of the person.
For instance, most spell casting, be it psionic, arcane, whathave you it depends on the person using their mind to do these things. What the jamming does it cause an area of interferance that makes it more difficult to manifest the abilities.
Even if the ability is second nature to someone to the point where it's like a muscle to produce the effect it will still make it more difficult.
The purpose of the jamming isn't to make it impossible to do anything magical; but to only increase the level of difficulty to do it.
