(and notes from the underground) read narcissus and goldmund, steppinwolf and the glass bead game from hesse. they are pure win!!! sweet! and make sure you post in the rest of the forum! I really like Thrash Metal and Death Metal but really I like metal in general. I would like to explore the genres of Folk Metal and Viking Metal more. They sound very interesting.
