Hello everyone!
My name is AvaJay... you should probably refer to me as Ava, though.
Hmm... what else, what else...
Well, I'm Christian and proud. I'm happy to run into this guild. I am an avid writer and going into high school next year. (Don't laugh or call me a pip-squeak -_-)
Right now, I'm completely absorbed into the 2008 elections, and some of the things I like are birds, the Bible, my church, foresty places, writing, drawing, and talking to other people about God's word, though I do not discriminate. ;D

Miracles in general I think can be put into the main forum. Miracles that happened to you personally (things not up for discussion) can be posted in the praise subforum. xd

I am Natalie, I am 18! Although, if I get asked out on a date by some creeper, or for my phone number, I usually say 14. Not that God approves of my lie, but I think He is understanding.
I work at a movie theatre. I go to South Seattle Community College. I play the violin. I really like it. I can't wait for Christmas!

Okay, yes, a gay guy just joined the guild. Don't even think of jumping on me about it being a sin, that gets old FAST. Just back off.
Sorry if I seem defensive or a bit of a jackass, but I have had issues with this in the past. Just throwing that out there.
Anyway, about me:
I am a 17 year old gay boy living in Northern California. I am a Unitarian Christian. I study a lot of military history, especially the First World War, and eventually want to become either a historian or a history teacher. I am so disenchanted with the fact that American history textbooks are nothing but lies (PM me for an earfull) that I'm writing my own, completely TRUE textbook. It is more challenging than I thought it would be, but I refuse to give up.
I also tend to form opinions in political manners (I support Batack Obama for president, and I'm an avid socialist). I listen to a lot of music, which is why my profile page has such a massive music playlist. I also play a lot of Dungeons and Dragons style games (beware my half-elf paladin and his +2 holy longsword!).
Finally, note that I tend to refer to my ethnicity, usually in a joking manner. I'm a mix of Russian, Armenian, and Romanian (Transylvanian, no less). I also claim Italian origin, as I was raised by an Italian uncle (yes, I speak the language).

Believe it or not, you are not the first gay member. We've had everyone from Satanists to transgendered individuals in the guild (not that the two necessarily have anything to do with one another confused ). To God you're a person, no less than anyone else, and to us, you are the same.
We have lots of threads discussing the matter of homosexuality, so if you're interested in the general guild stance on it, feel free to look at the linked threads in the directory 3nodding
Anyway, welcome to the guild.
