editor super secrets: he says amount of gold doesn't matter unless it's an animation, but as long as you pay what you can and don't be cheap about it [don't give 1k and expect more than a recolor, i say] then you should be fine. 13k is probably close to what many can afford.
if he accepts the commish thing [but don't call it that, THE MAN hates that] make sure your description's interesting. avatar copies don't get done.

Actually, its because the Hand of Efreet goes there, so having armor there would be pointless and just get in the way.

Okay...
If X and Kraun collaborate to make some sort of Levi-Stad mugen, I'll dig into my box of things and drudge out a couple million gold.
Or the equivalent value in s**t. Since I don't really want to go through the trouble of trying to sell it.
