It can mae it do any kind of weather any where but it takes time but he can do any weather any where.

Um I can change the weather completly like making it like it was in the mist always cold annd always snowing

The effects of the Weather Eye arent eternal
They fade after a battle or after set amount of time
What I did could be permanent xP
But all I can do is make it snow, the Tenkougan can do a bunch of other stuff xD

I know but I was telling you I can do it to and I can turn it back to it's orignal state for a short amount of time but they will like that cuz there not use to it. I know my clan well I know a lot about it

Its not really a cloud or a weather change
Its a cluster of Shinsetsu Ui chakra, so its not any type of weather distortion :3
