A rank is considered Jonin, although B rank is too... You can learn B rank I guess. Just make sure in battle that you don't use it an obnoxious amount.
But as I said before, may a mod strike me down.

I think A is technically anbu rank, might be sannin in the guild =/

And wasn't there some rule about gennin being able to learn chuunin as long as it's in their bloodline?

B Rank:
Garasu Bugu (Glass Armor)- Liquid glass crawls up the users body from the ground and solidifies around them, this creates a glass armor around them that instead of defending against attacks, reflects them back at the opponent. This is a very useful jutsu as it can not be broken, the only trouble is that reflecting any A or S rank jutsu causes a massive drain in chakra limiting this moves ultimate effectiveness in high stakes combat.

Sen Garasu Hari (1000 Glass Shards)- A compressed orb of liquid glass is fired from the hands into the center of the battle field, then it compresses and implodes sending thousands of glass projectiles everywhere. These projectiles range from kunai to shuriken to senbon to all sorts of things, they have the same properties as the glass shuriken jutsu meaning that by using chakra they can ricochet projectiles to create more glass shards.
