I think he's just...... ********, how the hell do I say this....... blissfully ignorant of the effect he can have on people and the reactions that they can evoke on people. That said. He has been known to tease intentionally. Tough call.

Now that I finally got my voter's registration sent to me (an almighty FOUR MONTHS after sending it in! gonk ), I can't really think of a reason for them to turn me away. *knocks on imitation wood*
