Arcana:
Sabin has RP rights, and major decisions such as lifemating or change of ownership/co-ownership must be agreed on by Sabin.

Both have full sig/display rights and OOC-RP ability (like posting around the main thread, etc).

First breeding (unless Sabin has other breeding plans for the raffle in question) goes to Sabin - he has full control over the breeding/resulting baskets. This will not count against Poufy for the maximum number of pairs in a raffle. However, if Sabin has other plans for the raffle in question, and Tonks wants to breed Arcana, then they can switch off order.

Second breeding is Tonks's and if {Soquili} is being Rpd by Sabin, at least an explanation for the breeding should be decided on by the owners for RP plot purposes. This will not count against Sabin for the maximum number of pairs in a raffle. Tonks will have full control over the breeding itself/resulting baskets.

The third breeding, assuming she is able to get one, will be agreed upon by Tonks and Sabin when the time comes.

MERANGUE retains sig rights only. Should a breeding result in three baskets, she'd like one of them if it does not conflict with the interests of the others involved in the breeding.

GREY DRAGON retains all RP rights and decision making rights regarding breeding and mates.

Co Ownership Rights for Kamiki and Sabin Duvert for Nymph

Kamiki has RP rights, and major decisions such as breeding parter or lifemating or change of ownership must be approved by both owners.

A basket from one of Nymph's breedings will result in a basket for Sabin Duvert to do with as he wishes. The second basket will go to the owner of the other parent. If there are three baskets, an agreement will be made with all owners involved at the time. (this breeding would not count against any of Kamiki's breeding limitations)

A basket from the other of Nymph's breeding will result in a basket for Kamiki to do with as she wishes. The second basket will go to the owner of the other parent. If there are three baskets, an agreement will be made with all owners involved at the time. (this breeding would not count against any of Sabin's breeding limitations)


A third breeding will be worked out between Sabin and Kamiki if the time comes.

If either owner does not post on Gaia for a minimum of three months, and attempts to contact the other owner have failed, breeding and RP rights may be given solely to the remaining owner. The co-ownership agreement can be reworked at the time of the missing owner's return.

These are the terms of co-ownership of Verloren between haruyuki and myself.

As of now, Firkasa and haru have discussed what will happen to Very and decided that Firkasa will more or less have full rights to Verloren but haruyuki may still use him for signature purposes.
