amusement shone in my eyes at the small she-cat and was reflected in Rainpaws
im not sure i replied it could be anyone really
why do you ask if its me? have you heard anything i asked trying to appear uninterested but failing miserably when i see Rainpaws amusement

The she cat let out a muffled mrrrow of laughter from the conversation with Stoarmclaw and Nightkit. Well im gonna go to the medicine cat den and get situated with the herbs The she cat slowly pulled herself onto her speckled legs and headed off into her new den.

i think he would be a good mentor for you i meowed i mean your both stubborn so itll even out i added ducking just in time so that stormclaws heavy playful swipe misses

Whitekit
Whitekit looked around and stretched. Soon her Tigerflower would make her go take a nap. She bounded off to the medicine cats den and found a space right behind it where some cats could easily hide. She sighed and took a deep breath as the scent of herbs filled her lungs. All she wanted to do was lay there and have that scent surround her. No problems, no worries, no naps. Just the scent of herbs. Whitekit curled up and pricked her ears, just because she was hiding didn't mean she wasn't going to listen to what was happening. If someone tried to get into the medicine cats den she might be found.

Firefang's tail drooped for a split second at the mention of Cresent joining them, but he forced it back up by reminding himself that Willowstar was still going. Next to Sandpelt, she was the only non-kit or elde he had never been harsh to at any point. The orange tom went to find Cresent. "Willowstar has decided you need to practice hunting, so you're coming with us," Firefang told the pale tom in a just-barely-less-than-demanding-type tone.

Crescent meowed " Okay." before getting up. "When are we going?"
Nightkit
Nightkit mewed excitedly "I'm going to go see if Willowstar will make you my mentor!" to Stormclaw before running into the leaders den. "Willowstar,Can Stormclaw be my mentor? Please?" the black she-kit asked before realizing she had just run into her leader's den and now felt a bit ashamed of herself.

The she cat shuffled around her den not sure of what to do now. she once again went over to the supply of herbs and took inventory she was surprised how much herbs were left from the badger attack. Dawnfrost sat down on the old medicine cats moss nest and she remembered she still hadn't made her journey to Moon place yet. she reluctantly left her den and while on her way to willowstars den she caught a whiff of whitekit very close.

"Walk with me Nightkit " she said padding out of her den "Yes i think he will be your mentor but i will have to talk to him when i get back." she meowed and smiled
"firefang is he coming?" she asked and smiled at her mate

Moonkit looked around and saw a white tail sticking out from behind the medicine cat's den. "Hey Whitekit." he mewed. "Leave her be." Moonkit jumped as his sister hissed in his ear. "She's thinking. Let her be alone with her thoughts." she mewed. "And how would you know?" Moonkit shot back. "Bcause she does this all the time. And unlike you I'M her best friend." she said smugly. Moonkit glared at her and shrugged. "Fine." he mewed. He then padded away with his sister padding along behind him.

what should we do i mewed standing up after my meal feeling full and sleepy and eager to shake it off with a good run through the forest

hmm i meowed standing up also and seeing her eager face glance longingly at the tunnel
lets cause some trouble i mewed with a mischievous flick of my whiskers
ok ill race you she growled challengingly
first one to the oak tree and back while trying to almost run into senior warriors wins
no wait i added when we get back whoever gets yelled at first wins
startingggg NOW!
deal i mewed back

the feel of the cold win and the hot sun mixing in the air woke me up as i nimbly avoided firefang
i could feel stormclaw right on my heels as i laughed and sped up
Stormclaw
as she sped up i did the same laughing along with her as one after anther we almost ran over firefang
i pulled my speed up till we were matched paw step for paw step

Nightkit watched as Stormclaw and Rainpaw ran past her and almost ran over Firefang. She turned her gaze over to Icekit and Moonkit. "Did you hear? I'm going to be an apprentice!" the black she-kit meowed as she ran over the the two litter-mates.

"Now I guess, Firefang said, nodding to Willowstar. As he was about to turn when Rainpaw almost ran into him. As the orange tom was about to yowl after her to watch out, Whitekit barely dodged him too. Holding back another yowl, Firefang lowered his head and mumbled, "What is it, almost-run-into-Firefang day?"
