Hiroko and Hayate entered the shop after a moment. "Ramas Jonith, we must have a brief talk with you." Hayate said, a bit loudly so Ramas could hear from where he was at more clearly. The two of them stood side by side for a moment before Hiroko stepped outside after nodding. "The matter concerns Fenix Derringer." Hayate closed his eyes slowly before reopening them.

"It would not have boded well for you to have fought someone of my caliber anyway. Thank you, Meryll. Now, my name is Hayate, the person who stepped out is my twin brother Hiroko. We are members of an organization known to many by the name of Silver. We mean you no harm, merely a sort of... friendship which would eventually lead to becoming an ally of our cause. When the time comes we will go into more detail. For now, all we ask of you is that you find out some information on Fenix. We need a list of possible mercenaries who are banded under him and hired to protect him. If you succeed, which we pray you shall, you'll be rewarded quite well. You'll have a choice of two options." He started to examine some of the weapons in the shop.

"The first options is to have a two story house in the First Class district of Sector 1, of the city Beythemisia. Along with that you'll be given a two story shop which is designed specifically for forging weapons The shop is located in the Halo district of Sector 1, primarily known as the busiest shopping district in the world. The second option, is to have the price of the first option handed to you in sheer gold. The sum of it amounts to 350,000, an amount of money that many first class citizens rarely have even in total wealth. Which option you choose is entirely up to you. Oh, and before you ask any questions about Silver, just know that it is led by Firomis Caine. Thus, my brother and I already know you're on a mission involving Miss Rain. Fear not, our mission is one that is entirely different, Miss Rain is on her own in this entire thing unless the two of us absolutely must step in. It just happens that our missions seem to have collided together and now share interests. Or rather, we've stumbled onto a rather disturbing assumption involving Hark and we've decided to shift our attention towards gathering information on him. What do you say?" Hayate smiled as he turned to look at Ramas and Meryll.

Hayate walked over to Ramas and dropped a small pouch onto a table nearby them. "50,000 initially, the rest once the task is completed. The main purpose of this quest is to get a general reading of how powerful the people around Fenix are." Hayate reached into his pocket and pulled out a small circular box and a strange looking circular device. "This is a new prototype. Well, it's not new new, but it's one of the newest models. Inside the box is a contact lens, wear it. The lens will give you a reading of the amount of magic the people around Fenix have. Of course, it works on anyone who has magical capacity, but the main purpose is for those working under Fenix. The other device is small enough that it shouldn't be found should they frisk you. You can choose not to have it on yourself at the time, but be forewarned that it only has a 300 foot range. If it isn't within range of the contact lens, the entire operation is useless, since the contact receives its signals from this device. The safest way to hide it would be to place it inside a gold pouch, since it is no bigger than a gold coin. That was strictly intentional on our part." Hayate grinned for a moment. "The two of us will continue to track Hark. Thank you for your assistance in all of this, you'll be making it easier for us to move around to spy on Hark while still allowing us to get information on Fenix." Hayate turned and started to leave, waiting for a moment to see if Ramas had any questions.

"As do I. The ones sold at the trade show last year were merely replicas. They were fakes intended to look like the real thing. This device in fact was created a few months ago. The only ones capable of creating this technology is the members of Silver, as we are the only ones who have the knowledge required to make it work. Several years ago there were a band of thieves who attempted to steal the technology, unfortunately for them the process of creating the devices is dangerous. In order to create the lens, one needs a tremendous amount of magical power, but that isn't the only thing needed. There are only 2 known people in the world who have the power needed to create these, and both are members of Silver." Hayate turned to look at them one more time. "Should you find anyone else selling these, they are fakes. I can assure you that without hesitation. The replicas tend to have a negative effect on the user, draining their life force and eventually killing them--within seconds." He walked out of the shop and looked at Hiroko with a nod, the two of them disappearing into the shadows.

Ramas finally made it back to the inn. He finally convinced his sister to let them in for free. But he was just as broke going to the inn as he was leaving it. "Well time to tell Kristin the good news." Ramas went up to his room and knocked on the door "Room service." He said. He didn't hear an answer at first and tried again in case she was sleeping. "Room service."

Kristin jumped from the bed, wide awake now. She had heard that voice before. It was that man...Hark. Where was she going to hide now without bumping onto him? Where was Ramas when you needed him? She took her sword from the floor. She wasnt going to risk a fight. After making sure that there wasnt a sign of her to show that she was in that room, she turned invisible and hoped she was going to be noticed.

What was Ramas doing there? "Hey! Over here!", she whispered, still invisible. "That Hark guy is coming and he is looking for me", she said. "Why are you back so soon?"

"Why am I invisible? Because there is someone looking for me!", she said and turned visible again. "Whats in there?", she asked and pointed at the door behind the painting with her sword. "You stay here often?", she said as she walked in.
