Alik looked at Nao as she almost seemed that she wanted to kill him. Alik sighed and put his hand in his hair "Please... Listen I feel we got started on the wrong foot back at the Orphanage. I want to make it up to you" He reached into his bag pulling out his obsidian dagger and held onto it. "My name is Alik Patten, and please take this as a present for making up for my acts at the Orphanage." He said with a face that said 'I'm sorry' "I was not in my right mind at that time, I shouldn't have threatened you with nasty intentions... Please forgive me or at least tell me your name." He said looking at her with a smile, he put the dagger in his palm and put it towards her, wondering if she'd take his gift.

Alik sighed and nodded to her, he sensed a bunch of anger within her. "Ah, I see." he looked at her as threatened that she'd be his downfall. It made him grin a bit that he'd a somewhat of a 'rival' like person in this tournament. "I look forward to my downfall then... Noa" just as he finished speaking the went to his side wrapping her arm around his neck. She took the dagger, and got really close to him. Alik looked at her with one of his eyes hidden under his hair. Once she was finished speaking, his hand came back up and gently grabbed the dagger and took it back "Moving a bit fast aren't you? First of all whats your name?" he wanted to make a deal with her.

Alik smiled at Jade "Jade what a nice name." he said with a smile then looked over at the board showing all of the names and the match ups for the tournament. He scanned down to his name and looked across, then he raised an eyebrow "Oh? Whats this..." he looked closer "Second round... Hm" he looked at Jade "We're matched up~" he said with a smile. He held his dagger and then began to flip it around with his hand like he was juggling it with his hand. "Tell you what, if you can beat me in our fight. I'll give you this dagger. But if I win, you must give me your dagger." He said with a grin.

He was the only person she had seen in a full suit of armor and she didn't want to mess up her mission. As soon as she was close enough Lucy extended her hidden blade from her gauntlet and reached outwards at a small piece of metal on the mans back. As long as he didn't detect her then all was well, but if he did then Lucy would have to apologize and try again just like her master had told her.

Alik smiled at Jade as she agreed to his gamble, she then leaded him onto more, as if a dagger wasn't enough for a reward. Alik thought for a second, He could use this to his advantage. Obviously he knew of the Sins, he had no idea he was speaking to one though. But he was looking for signs of the seven sins, just attributes that they had.. such as excessive eating, rage, laziness to the max... other things too. He felt this person was hiding something from him. "Alright, I'll give you my Great Sword also, which allows the dagger to fit into it, they are kind of like a two piece part weapon. But what I want, is something that I have been looking for... Sin's... If I win, you must help me find the Sin's..." he leaned in close to the girl. "And if I do win and you lie about info, locations, or anything or rather. I'll finish what i started before I won." Alik sounded a bit cocky from his own perspective and others too. It's to bad, but all ALik wanted was to find a Sin or two... it would be so helpful....

Walking into the clearing, Liliana looked every inch of Arch-Mage that she was. Her new scepter's gold color gleamed in the light as her eyes scanned the area. She couldn't believe it. There were three distorted auras here. Distorted in the same way Marishka's and Envy's were. There were three sin hosts here. Only thing was, her eyes couldn't tell her what sins they were. So she would need to do this by elimination. But first, she gathered the names of the distorted auras. Pix, Noa, and Balthazar. She could see all their information as well. Walking over to Pix first, since she was with Alik, Liliana smiled. "Hello, Alik. I see you've made a new friend."
