I'm Dan. Thanks for letting me join up. I broke my thumb yesterday so I'm not going to go into details on my beliefs, just that I love Jesus and I probably wouldn't be here if not for Him.

Wow, lots of new people. Sometimes I wish it weren't for school or I'd be on here every minute of everyday killing brain cells.
Anyway, SavageDamsal, Kat, and Dan, welcome to the guild. 3nodding

Welcome to the guild, Nari. Your real name is beautiful, and your namesake was quite a powerful woman (the Biblical Esther I mean). I look forward to having discussions with you. 3nodding

Hi, I'm Jennifer (lots of people ask this, so i'll just say it; yes you may call me Jen, Jenn, Jennie, Jenny, or exc) 3nodding I'm 15. I have gone to a private Christian school my whole life. I am currently attending a small private Christian High School. Every year, I learn more about how to connect with the Lord and how to witness to different people and religions. I am basically here to help people, to listen to people, and to learn more about God and to hopefully, learn something new everyday. I love art and reading. I have challenged myself this year to read the entire Bible. Sometimes I fall behind, but please pray for me. I just want to read it to get all the facts, because sometimes what people say can be contradictory to what others say. Yeah so that's basically it. smile

My name is Laura, I'm a senior at Lower Dauphin High School, I live in Pennsylvania about ten minutes outside the home of chocolate xD As my name indicates, I love horses, loved them since I was a toddler. Horseback riding will always put a smile on my face. So will talking to my fiance, the most amazing man I know, and the love of my life. I grew up in a Christian home, going to church every sunday. Now I'm a teacher in the kindergarten class at church. I go to Middletown First Church of God and my favorite place on earth is Camp YoLiJWa, the church camp for the easter regional conference of the Churches of God. YoLiJWa stands for Youth Living Jesus' Way. It's an amazing place, up in the mountains with a pool, gym, lake, ball feild, outdoor chapels (a lot of them), just an amazing place. The actual camp building used to be a hotel, so it's a really old building, Ulysses S Grant stayed there once, just a random fact. Camp is where I found God, really truly found him and accepted him into my heart which was the most amazing feeling. Despite growing up Christian, I've had my doubts and hard walk. This post is already too long, so I won't go into detail.

I'm new to Gaia so if I do/say/ask something stupid, I'm sorry! xD
You can either call me my username, WL for short or May. Whichever.
I'm a Christian teen trying to make it past highschool! I'm kind of having a tough time finding really good friends and I only have a handful of Christian friends. I've been struggling with my youthgroup- trying to fit in and just "click" with some of the girls there. They are nice to me but I just can't social fit in...
Pleasure to be here. :]

The Lifesong Hi, I'm Jennifer (lots of people ask this, so i'll just say it; yes you may call me Jen, Jenn, Jennie, Jenny, or exc) 3nodding I'm 15. I just want to read it to get all the facts, because sometimes what people say can be contradictory to what others say. Yeah so that's basically it. smile I did the read the Bible in a year thing too. It took me a few tries before I was finally successful, but once I did I was very grateful for it. There's so much in the Bible that most people miss out on, simply because they stick to the big books, like the Gospels and the Pentateuch and maybe some of the prophets like Isaiah. I've got a great PDF that breaks up the Bible into nice little sections to read it in a year (including a Gospel reading everyday, and a break once a week to catch up on anything you've missed and to do some meditation). Let me know if you'd like to take a look at it. 3nodding
And welcome to the guild. biggrin

This post is already too long, so I won't go into detail. Even the most hardcore Christians stumble in their walks- it takes someone strong in their faith to admit it and grow from it. That camp sounds like an amazing place, too, by the way. I'd love to go there. Anyway, welcome to the guild. ^-^

Pleasure to be here. :] I have come to the conclusion that for 98% of America's population, high school was the hardest, worst time of their lives. Fitting in and figuring out who and what you are and all that. It sucks. D: But don't lose heart, either in your battle to fit in or your battle to stay strong in your faith. It's challenging, but with God's grace and help you can absolutely do it. Hopefully the guild will be someplace you feel you are welcome and fit in. 3nodding Welcome.
