I'm beginning to think I've developed Post Traumatic Stress Disorder because of that car accident I was in. It was 2 months ago and I still feel so much anxiety about driving. I don't know, is 2 months a long time or a short time to get over something?
On a lighter note, I downloaded music from iTunes for the first time last weekend! It was easier than I thought it'd be.

Vertigo_Kiwi I'm beginning to think I've developed Post Traumatic Stress Disorder because of that car accident I was in. It was 2 months ago and I still feel so much anxiety about driving. I don't know, is 2 months a long time or a short time to get over something? On a lighter note, I downloaded music from iTunes for the first time last weekend! It was easier than I thought it'd be. Is your anxiety getting worse?

Is your anxiety getting worse? It's about the same, but I thought maybe it would have lightened up by now. Mentally and physically I just freak out. My heart beats fast and I start panicking. Especially when it's dark, which it always is when I get out of class, and when I'm near other cars. Basically, I'm so nervous about driving that I only do what I have to (to and from school) then I just sit at home. I know it's normal to feel some anxiety and stress after an accident, but how long can it last.
