I really just want to get this off my chest. You don't have to read it.

Since last friday, during class I got into a bit of an argument with my friend. I haven't talked to her since. It was entirely my fault, because I was being far too arrogant for my own good. With deadlines coming up, it's only put more stress on me. And as much as I hate to let others worry, I seriously can't take it anymore. I want to talk to her, but before I know it, my friend has already taken off. I hate how it started with an off-handed comment I made about how something was easy, and how she coldly replied "Everything's easy for you." I should've understood how she felt at the time.

I should've kept my mouth shut, but I didn't. It's always my comments on something that ruin the whole thing. I should've been more considerate. But I wasn't.

I'm sorry if this sounds like a sob story. It isn't, because I hurt my friend and now the friendship is dead.

So I've been watching the new series Ace Attorney based on the Phoenix Wright franchise and this third trial Naruhodo finds himself in the middle of has me wondering if Mitsurugi's boss is doing all of this because the junior prosecutor lost one case. This whole trial feels like a punishment for losing the last case to Nauhodo. Mitsurugi is accused of murder and his boss, who also had a hand in raising him, wants the trial over with before Naruhodo, who owes one of those weird childhood debts to Mitsurugi, can even cross examine the only witness allowed to testify in the case. It feels like the judge in this case is so intimidated by a prosecutor who never loses that he doesn't have any authority in his own courtroom. I don't trust Karuma Go worth a darn as it feels like he has a major grudge against Mitsurugi for some reason. That whole DL-6 stuff that keeps getting mentioned is going to come back to haunt a lot of people.

It'll be interesting to see how long this series will run for because the games lasted for a few installments providing quite a bit of material for it.

If you've never watched the ABC TV series Once Upon a Time, then I highly suggest it. It takes old fairy tales and really puts a new spin on them, crossing them over to our world. I finished season 1 and I'm already about halfway into season two. I'm still trying to figure out what Rumplestiltskin's (Mr. Gold) angle is in the whole plot. One minute he's helping the good guys, and then next it seem he's giving the bad guys an edge. The fact that the character keeps you guessing is good. I hate obvious characters. And the actress that plays the Evil Queen (Regina) does a super good job on that character. There's a lot more depth and complexity than just the run of the mill happily ever after. I was never overly into fairy tales as a kid, but this series keeps things interesting.
