Argh! My husband's band had a show on Friday, and so I had booked his flight out to Vancouver on Saturday morning. Then it looked like there would be a snowstorm on Saturday, so he had me change it to Friday night instead, and he missed the show and they played without him. That's kind of a bummer anyway, but they have this song called " Beer Up Here" which is designed to get people to bring them beers - and it WORKED for the second time ever! And he wasn't there! Dammit! pee ess, if you like that and want to hear more, you can either listen to other tracks from that same show or watch it (by clicking the portuguese website link) here - and they're recording this weekend, so maybe soon they'll be able to provide you with non-show recordings, should that be your desire

Wolffy000 And the last time I was at Good Will I didn't see any, though that was awhile ago. Generally speaking people around here don't really wear stuff like that, so it's not something you usually find. My dad wears the stupid things. But even if I could lend you one, I think you're like a good 1/4 his size. And stay out of my dreams! Or, if you absolutely have to make an appearance, could you, I dunno... act disturbed the next time your eye turns into a gelatinous pool of blood? Because the smile just made it ten times creepier. (Although, for my part, my dream-self simply said, "Oh, it's your eye again. Here's a tissue.")

(Although, for my part, my dream-self simply said, "Oh, it's your eye again. Here's a tissue.") I tend to be about 1/4 of everyone's size, really. I've begun to realize that I'll never find clothes that actually fit unless I get them tailored since no one really makes clothes for terribly skinny and tall people. Unless I happen to find some women's clothes that I actually like somehow. And I'm sorry, but I can never make promises to act disturbed by how creepy I am in other's dreams. It's just a promise I've never been able to keep. At least you were polite about the exchange.

Wow. I actually like the new footer. It loaded really slowly at first, but that seems fixed. Only thing I'd change is to get rid of that dumb share page icon so the quick links were back where I'm used to them.
Anyone try the built-in IM yet?

Ugh. What genius decided we would need 100 bubblenums to make the balloon fish recipes? It's not that I mind the 2.5k goldsink, but there is no option to buy those things in bulk. gonk
I'm gonna punch Rina in the face, soon.

You know Gaia, selling your information to marketers doesn't make it count as "free stuff".
Seems like culling information from underaged kids under false pretenses might be illegal in some places. Just saying.

It makes it so much easier to justify putting them against the wall when the revolution happens.

Okay, does Gaia just hate me, or has it been ridiculously slow for anyone else? I hoped it was just a temporary thing or that it was my internet, but I tried getting online at the boy's house and ran into the same problem (being that Gaia takes forever and a day to load ANYTHING).
Also good lord can I just get over being sick already? Sheesh.

Wow perfect timing for getting sick, I have 4 days of no school to be miserable. Had to go to urgent care because my knees were killing me with intense pain. What I found out though was the mild fever that I had wasn't mild, it was a 107+ degree temperature, with high blood pressure. Had to have a flu shot to bring down my fever, now just fighting with the insurance to get my prescriptions filled. I have health insurance but I can't get any prescriptions, ******** wonderful!! stressed
