I got the Iliad AND the odyssey for christmas, as well as the mystery cults book I wanted ^_^
So I'm happy....which to read first though...
I can't walk. Seriously.
Something happened to my knee and I was up till 4am yesterday in pain because of it. I couldn't even move my leg without it hurting, I cried like a little baby and my 11 year old sister and my 14 year old cousin helped me get around like an invalid!
I think it's ligament damage, my knee was swollen >.<

deito My whole family is hung over from yesterday... It's getting fairly disgusting, me being the only sober one... That happened to me once, and I took out the video camera and filmed my mother when she was drunk. Let's just say she hasn't gotten extremely drunk around me since I did that. xd

Trust me, you would not want to record anything of them drunk... My family has a lot of medical people so certain taboos do not apply... Clothes are on, but conversation is, distracting, to say the least.

Merry (Belated Christmas) Season's Greetings all!
I've been having a relaxed time with my immediate family, and the food was good. I love that soup. Full of meat and vegetables and.. those crunchy.. little.. balls.. that are good to eat. It tastes better than that it sounds. XD
@Patch: That doesn't sound good. D: Did you ice it? o: For that matter, is it still swollen?

I mean, it's weird and all, but.. I am miserable. My temp is close to 102, I'm barely sleeping, barely eating, and I just got out of the bathtub. Where I had the hottest water possible and I was still freezing. And I can't taste my mothers cooking.

Maze @Patch: That doesn't sound good. D: Did you ice it? o: For that matter, is it still swollen? The swelling has gone down a little overnight. I'm in a drug induced state of comfort xD Started reading my mystery cult book. It's good, but there are numerous comparisons to christianity (both for and against) which I feel are uneccessary. Lots of reviews highight this as well. I also learnt that fluffies either have no sense of humour, or they just don't get stuff xd I made a funny about my practices and wicca and the girl I was talking to just went 'oh...'

Nuri I can't taste anything.... sad Well, depending on your situation, that can be a blessing. have you tried putting a towel over you head and holding it over a bowl of boiling water till your nose clears up?
