While on his way to the front desk, Sahar couldn't help overhearing what the other two customers were searching for. It seemed like there were more people looking for the Nanoa fruit than he had originally thought. It probably wasn't his place to get involved, but Sahar had never been known for his tact and it would be a shame for all of his research to go to waste. Just because he was unable to find the fruit didn't mean he couldn't help others. Plus he did need someone to help him check out and the only employee was with the other customers.
Without giving it much thought, he set his purchases on the counter then headed back to the history section. "Pardon me," He called out from the end of the aisle, giving the three a small wave. "but I am ready to be rung up." This was, of course, directed at the shorter blond. Sahar then shifted his attention to the other two, offering a polite smile.
"I could not help overhearing your conversation. If you are looking for information about the Nanoa fruit and the island then you might want to try the library, they have a few texts on both there. They can be a bit vague though..." To be honest, he got more useful information out of his coworker than any of the books he read. "I would be happy to assist you as well if you wish." Sahar could have told them about Seth and Rina, the couple he had found that had actually found the fruit, but he didn't want to cause them any trouble or take advantage ofSeth's kindness. He did have to work with the man after all.

"Hmmm... The Nanoa fruit, uh? I have never heard much about it but it has been stated in the legend about this city." To be honest, it was all he could ever recall so far. Having moved in to the new place for almost two weeks now didn't help much. He hand't checked the books about the legend yet, though the incident during the New Year's Eve provided him with an iota of how the fruit would work. But sadly, it had turned out to be balderdash. The fruit distributed during that night may be nothing else but an imitation.
And then, suddenly, the tanned man came back to intercede on the conversation. Benjamin pouted, knowing that it would be rude. But still, he chose not to say anything obscene and went along with it. "Well, do tell. I'm listening. Actually, we are all listening."

Smiling back at the taller blonde male, she glanced over at the books he had picked up and would notice for any positive reaction, wondering if he found what he was looking for which seemed to be dismissed with him not finding them as he replaced them back on the shelf. Hee curiousity as for what he could be looking for was soon enlightened by him telling the sales person that he had been seeking similar material. Although, judging by the amounts of books he was carrying, he didn't seem like he would be looking for them for the same reason as her. Hearing him mention Mykronos island, she quickly nodded as though she could use something similar as well. Her head would give her impressions of how the fruit looked and the location it would be found in, the colors it could be associated with, oh how it gave her chills of excitement! The male's voice brought her back from her crazy, colourful land of wonders with a faint show of pink upon her cheeks. She wasn't blushing or anything, it was a little bit of embarrassment showing from her lacking much information on it, but come to think of it, it wasn't unusual since she had just moved in quite recently. Taking her free hand up to rub the back of her head, a little act of nervousness and her fingers quickly sank into her brow curls as they began brushing along it. "In all honesty, I've pretty much just started my search...I was thinking of going to the art museum some time this week, I have heard they could have a few specimens there? I'm sorry if I could be wrong with my information, I'm new here.." she said in a nervous chuckle, "How about you though? How is your search coming up?" she asked with a smile, as tempting as it was to hear out if he had any specific reason to look for it, or simply gain knowledge, she decided that might be a little personal considering the rumours associated with the fruit. The brunette's smile slowly faded when it seemed like the other blonde didn't seem to know much about it, it was rather diasappointing as she hoped there would be something she could come across, anything! The rest would be for her mind to work up, but all hope wasn't lost. The tan skinned male had stepped in like a ray of hope when he offered a polite smile, making her return one of her own. Her brown eyes widened as her smile grew, it seemed like the excitement from earlier on had just multiplied a couple of times inside her when he seemed to have some information on what they needed. Vague or brief, anything would do at this point, it wasn't like she seeked the fruit for any other purpose other than inspiration. "I think any kind of information will be useful at this point, thank you very much..." she would say with a light bow, although, if the whole fruit deal worked out as her inspiration, she mig as well hug everyone present here and run around like a crazed child on a sugar rush. "I wouldn't mind, but I don't think either of us would want to take away your time.." she would add to his offer, glancing back at the other two men, seeing if they felt similarly. He watched at the brunette gave him her answer. The museum here could possibly have some interesting things held in it. Maybe he should also go pay the structure a visit later on. He was never one gifted with artistic talent but after having met quite a few painters when he was younger he grew to appreciate the art and what went into making it. He doubted he'd find anything about the Nanoa fruit in the museum but for relaxation purposes, he'd visit the place. He shook his head at her question on how his research was going. "It's going as good as it possibly can I guess. Today is my first day in the city so I haven't found much." She was honest about not knowing if her information was correct or not, something in which he appreciated. He sighed though as he shifted on his feet. "I'm hoping the next few days if I research hard enough I'll find out more but I think I may have to postpone my research for both work and for the fact that I'm learning the city and the people still."
He turned his attention to the sales person and nodded. He also didn't know much about the fruit aside from the basic facts about the fruit. That was disappointing but he couldn't hold the blond at fault. It wasn't his fault that he didn't know much about the fruit and it was to expect that some didn't know much on the legend with it being seemingly allusive to possess. It was disappointing none the less though. They were soon joined by a new face who seemed to know something. Well besides pointing out the fact that the library may have something for them. True he hadn't looked there yet and they might have something he couldn't find here he would rather get purchasable books out of the way before ones he'd have to borrow. Not only that but it would be easier to compare the books if he had the one that he owned with him. Ezra was appreciative of the offer from the young man. "If it wouldn't bother you too much I'd be happy to listen to what you know about the fruit." He looked down at the brunette who also agreed to listen. He nodded in agreement with her statement. If telling them the details of the fruit was to take up time then that would be the last thing he wanted.

Well, the employee didn't seem very pleased with his interruption, but there was no helping it. Sahar had already chimed into their conversation and there was no changing it. The other two customers didn't seem to mind, though, they took him up on his offer in fact. "There is no need to worry, today is my day off and I do not really have any plans." However, he was thankful for their consideration.
"From what I have heard, the orchard does exist on Mykronos Island, however, getting to it is challenging. Apparently, if you enter the forest without a partner it will keep you from finding the orchard and even with a partner the weather is unpredictable. It can go from hot to fridged quickly, it rains without warning, and there is quicksand as well. I do not know much about the local flora and fauna yet but I assume they must be resilient to survive such an environment." Speaking of which, whenever he spoke to Rina he would have to ask about the wildlife on the island. Even if he couldn't find the Nanoa fruit Sahar still wanted to visit the island to see what it was like himself.
"I only have one account to go off of when it comes to the orchard itself, but it seems that it will not show itself unless a couple cares for one another. Once they have done that and answer a riddle presented at the gate they can obtain the Nanoa fruit." It sounded a bit far-fetched when he spoke about the orchard out loud, but there were all kinds of creatures and odd occurrences in their world, so something like a fruit that could help people find love could exist. Sahar certainly believed it existed. Seth might be intimidating at first glance but he was a good man and there was no faking the love he felt for his soulmate.
"An acquaintance of mine managed to find the orchard with his girlfriend and the fruit showed them a glimpse of their future together. I was able to find a good amount of information on my own, however, he brought up many things I did not know about." Sahar paused for a moment as he thought about his talk with Seth. For a moment, sadness shone in his eyes. Just because he had accepted that he wouldn't be able to find the fruit didn't mean he wasn't upset about it. The Nanoa fruit had been his main reason for moving to Soleil after all and he had looked forward to finding it. As soon as it had appeared the look was gone, though, the half-breed giving them a small smile.
"He said that the orchard was like a paradise. As nice as it would be to see it, I doubt I will be able to make the journey anytime soon. I hope that this information will be of more use to the three of you."

Benjamin simply listened as the half-djinn narrated about the legend about the fruit. It turned out that there was a jungle that the couple had to endure, with the weather being unpredictable. He nodded; after all, a trial would be boring if it had turned out to be super easy, hadn't it?
Though, at the mention of the riddle, the water mage couldn't help but to feel a bit uneasy. He and Yosuke had just met, and they had became a couple just around two weeks ago. It would take a long time for both of them to know each other. The test sounded tempting, but it would be a bit too soon to jump to the challenge. It would be best for him to wait until the time was right.
When the tanned male mentioned about an acquaintance actually taking on a challenge, his baby blue eyes widened a bit. Obviously, he was clearly surprised that the person and his significant other managed to break through the challenge together, more so with the future being pictured once the fruit has been consumed together. It did sound intriguing. Once the male was done narrating the story, the blond spoke. "Looks like I have to dig even deeper then. Hopefully the library can provide more info about the legend. None of the books in my private library have that kind of subject as one of the topics."

He didn't seem very happy with his progress but it was understandable, considering he mentioned he was his first his first day in town. It felt rather nice not being the only soul that moved here. She nodded to him when he seemed to be determined to continue and smiled back at him, "Good luck, I hope you find out eveything you are seeking for." she smiled. With her attention back on their new company, she was glad they weren't wasting his time with their selfish desire to obtain more knowledge on the fruit. He started off with what they all seemed to know, the location of the fruit although, as he continued, she seemed more and more drawn to the mysteries behind the fruit. Almost like her mind began to paint a picture while he described, she tried to imagine how it would be like, the residing flora and fauna if any and the various seasons it saw. It sounded almost impossible to exist, but she did live in a world where anything could be possible, so why not a magical island? As much as she would want to go visit the place, whether or not she found the fruit would be a different story, the idea of finding such a place was quite amusing although the thought died down with the quick reminder that one would need a possible soulmate to even catch a glimpse of it. "Someone actually found it? That's really something now.. Atleast it's not a myth someone came up with.." she would say to herself. As much as she would want to ask the male to lead her to the person so she could hear it first hand, she wouldn't want to cause them any inconvenience by doing so. For now, she'd simply have to let her imagination take the toll, who knows, maybe at some point of her life she could go there herself? "Thank you for time and information, maybe at some point you will-- you all will? I believe it would be worth it." she said with a smile. After hearing the male's story, a trip to the art museum was surely necessary, or maybe a park or something that was lively and filled with lots of colors. A small sigh escaped her lips as she glanced down at the book she held, her thoughts going back to the information the tan male had given them. Ezra nodded at the brunette's words of encouragement. She was quite the considerate woman, hopefully he'd later encounter this lady in the future. "Thank you. I wish you the best of luck too." The platinum blond male reassured them they weren't taking up his time. While he stated that he had no plans, this encounter was going to take up a good portion of his time which he was thankful that the male was able to spar. He listened quite deeply to what the male said, it was important information ven if at first he started with something they all knew. He wasn't shocked nor stunned by what he heard but he was a tad bit disappointing. If one needed a partner to enter the forest and successfully navigate through it then he was at a loss. If having a deceased partner counted then he was ready to go but of course he knew better than to think that. He sighed. So far it wasn't sounding good for him in the future. While his chances of finding a new partner were probably decent it was getting over his loss that was the problem. Whatever the case he'd at least research it to help others get into the orchard. It was the least he could do as their stories would make it worth all the trouble. The sound of quicksand was unpleasing. If he was to ever get on the island with a partner he'd probably carry them on his back in his fox state. It would be easier to maneuver in the case and if it came to the point her did get stuck it would be easy to get his partner off of him and to safety. Being a kitsune certainly had its perks some days. He nodded as the male went on. So he actually met a couple who made it to the orchard themselves. While he was curious if he could know who it was, if it was knowledge that was meant for them to know the male would have said who it was by now.
Getting into the orchard required a riddle. Not entirely expected but not entirely unexpected. It seemed highly cliche though and it was amusing. The idea that one can pass if you figure out a simple little riddle. The question was though, did the riddle change per couple or was the answer always the same? He waited for the male to finish before mulling over what he had heard. It sounded like a less than pleasing trip to prove ones love but it sounded like it was ultimately worth it. It proved dedication and willingness to go through dangers to just get a piece of fruit for each other. If one didn't have faith in their love after that than there was no solution to the problem. "I'm curious to find out if the riddle remains the same or it changes when a new couple finds it.." He paused and shifted. While he wasn't one for talking out his inner monologue he figured right now would be the best time to do such a thing. "If the forest has the ability to change weather in such drastic measures and the orchard can appear only when a couple who cares for each other comes to it, I wouldn't find it so far fetch to think that the riddle may reset itself."
He took a breath before elaborating on his thoughts. "If we all recieved the same riddle than entering the orchard would be to easy. If it changed per couple it would really make the experience more unique." He tapped his chin with his free hand. His brows furrowed together as he thought more on to the matter. If it did change then would it possibly cycle through riddles once so many people have gone to it? It was a curious proposition he wanted to think more on and find details to. He looked back to the male and shoved his free hand into his pocket. He needed some paper and a pen. He pulled out a pen but not paper. He looked at his books and sighed. He'd have to tear a page out of the delicate book... No there were drawing books. He could just buy one and write down what he wanted. He sucked the inside of his cheek as he mulled over the options. He didn't draw thus purchasing the book just for one thing was not the brightest idea. He fumbled in his other pocket and pulled out his wallet. He went through the items quickly until he found a business card. It was for his old job but it would work for now. He flipped it over and wrote his cell number and his address onto it. He handed it to tanned male. "If you find anything more out please let me know. Sorry if it becomes an inconvenience in the future but I am highly curious about the whole myth surrounding the Nanoa fruit. Of course I don't expect you to tell me every little detail about the fruit, it is information you have gathered but please. Anything you can spare would help me greatly."
Where was his manners going? He hadn't even introduced himself to the male and yet here he was asking for future information. "I haven't even introduced myself. My name is Ezra Davis." He smiled and tilted his head in the greeting. "If you choose not to want to further the discussion I understand but thank you really for what you have told us so far." He was feeling the rush of excitement as the idea of learning more in the future and having a good discussion on it later on was thrilling for him. He was truly hoping the male would let him know but even if he didn't it was understandable. It was information the male had worked hard to obtain and to have some stranger trying to get in out of him wasn't probably the ideal way to spend his information. He looked down at the card and gave an apologetic look. "Sorry about the outdated card but the name and number is still true and my address is on the back in case you ever want to send something over or talk about it." Did he seem to eager to have a discussion? He was and it was hard to contain the excitement. He'd have to apologise for that in the future. "While I myself won't be getting the fruit anytime soon but I do think a report would surely help others who want to obtain it."

As he spoke, the three strangers listened attentively until he was finished. Sahar was pleased to learn that his information had been helpful. It had only been a few weeks since he first arrived in town yet he had already given up finding the Nanoa fruit for now. It was nice to see other people as enthusiastic about finding it as he had been. "Most myths come from some truth. Even if the Nanoa fruit was not real I imagine the island must have interesting plant life; it would certainly be worth checking out." Sahar still planned on visiting Mykronos for that reason. Because of the unusual weather patterns, there was a chance that other odd plant life grew on the island.
As the woman thanked him he gave her a slight nod. "You are very welcome. Perhaps in a few years I will try visiting Mykronos, right now, however, I would rather focus on my travels." It would be nice to see the fruit once and maybe one day he would choose to settle down in Soleil. Only time would tell.
Golden eyes lit up as the taller blond began to share his thoughts. Even if he wasn't going after the fruit anytime soon, Sahar still liked to puzzle over the mysteries surrounding the island. "I have wondered the same thing! Seeing as some force, be it the orchard itself or the forest, wants to keep the Nanao fruit secret one could assume that the riddle would change. Perhaps it has a set of riddles or maybe it even chooses the riddle depending on the couple themselves. It is a shame there are no other accounts of people who have found the orchard..." Well, Sahar hadn't found any other accounts. Maybe one of them could find more or even find the orchard themselves. Either was he wished them luck.
The half-Djin watched curiously as the tall blond looked around for a moment, clearly searching for something. Before he could question him he pulled out a card and jotted something down on it then offered it to him. He was still a tad puzzled as he took the offered card, realization dawning when he saw a name and number on it. "Oh, thank you." He hummed as he flipped it over to look at the address. Lumiere? He hadn't been to that district before. Then again, he hadn't been to any other housing district besides his own...
"There is no need to worry, I am more than happy to be of help, especially if it helps someone else find the fruit." Sahar met the man's gaze with a soft smile, waving off his apology. It wasn't like he planned on using the information he gathered anytime soon after all. Plus, the path to the fruit sounded dangerous, perhaps someone could avoid some of that danger if they gathered enough information.
"It is a pleasure to meet you- All of you; I am Sahar Din." He gave a slight bow in return, only realizing when Ezra introduced himself that he hadn't done so. Whoops. No wonder the smaller blond had seemed upset earlier, Sahar had intruded into their conversation without even introducing himself..."Once again I would be happy to share any information I come across with you. As he spoke, Sahar searched his pocket for the notepad and pen he usually carried. Once he found it, he wrote down his number and offered it to the three of them. It was exciting to know that he would have at least one other person to share his thoughts with again.

The conversation between the three customers had seemed to kept on going. However, by the time the male fox, who introduced himself as Erza, handed the card to them, the mage inspected the details printed there. He blinked at the sight of Lumiere District being the address. He had only known Ombre because that was where he and Casey were currently living, as well as Doux because of Kira and Yosuke.
After Sahar introduced himself, it was the blond's turn for an introduction. "And my name's Benjamin Harris, the sales associate working at this place, obviously." He then picked up his pen and a small notepad from his pants pocket and jotted down the contact details in the card. By the time the half-djinn handed over the contact number, he simply accepted it, tucking it inside the notebook and slipping it back into his pocket together with the pen.
"I wouldn't mind contacting with you in case I need assistance in further research, Sahar. I might tell you when, but it depends if we both have free time." After all, it would be sad to plan something only to be cancelled because of conflicting schedules.

She would listen to the two men as they started getting more and more involved with each other regarding the information about the orchard. Most certainly, the whole deal with it was quite amusing and she'd like to hear more as well. As much as the information previously stated would be enough for her, she didn't mind knowing more, besides, with the two discussing more and more about it..she could just say that it was all peaking her interest more and more towards the matter. She loved mysteries, adventures and hearing about them and obviously while she wasn't here entirely because of the infamous fruit, she did seem quite drawn to it for all the mysteries it held. Who knows, all this research might help her in a very uniquely art piece, that captured unspoken details of it. Listening to the two sharing their thoughts, her own would wander places and ponder upon the riddle that they mentioned. If it was so that the riddle reset or changed depending on the couple that entered its premises, maybe it wasn't as simple as just some unusual land. Bringing up her arm to her chin in thought, she would make an audible hmmm, "It's so amusing, like the whole place is alive and the environment around it is like an illusion it creates to give the couple a glimpse of the trials it could encounter.. maybe in a more emotional manner and the fruit representing the fruit of their efforts all coming to life.." she started off, mainly to herself but loud enough for them to hear, "The riddle could be something unique to them, I'm not entirely sure what it could be...maybe the fruit is like the heart of the island?" she added to her thoughts, verbally and looked up and realized she just spoke out her thoughts aloud. She had a faint flush of embarrassment on her cheeks. She wasn't used to people appreciating her weird intake about things. It was fair to assume it was all an illusion, she had a similar ability. "Disregard everything I said.." she smiled nervously, waving her hand in the air as though physically brushing the thought aside and chuckled lightly, "Just some crazy overthinking from a crazy little witch...Name's Lisa Rozario by the way, nice to meet all of you." she added to them all with a bow. As they began exchanging contacts,she took out her own notepad, scribbling her number over it quickly and let them have it if they wanted it. Ezra had to agree with the notion of even if there was no fruit that there was at least some sort of interesting plant life. He found the fact that he wasn't the only one thinking that the riddles must have changed themselves. He nodded. It was a shame. Not many people had seemed to have gone to the island and because of that they didn't have much to go off of. Following his introduction the others gave their contact information to each other. Ezra took all the numbers that were offered around and placed the pieces of paper in his wallet carefully before putting it back into his pocket. He was glad that Sahar wasn't outwardly bothered by idea that the two would later have discussions about the fruit. Ezra had always been one for a good talk and the fact that it was going to be on something he knew so little about made him ecstatic when thinking about the future encounters they might have. "I'm sorry to hear about your friend moving away. but I would greatly love a copy of your notes if you wouldn't mind." He'd of course have to get working on his own notes but for now this was a good start having heard everything that Sahar knew and while he wasn't far along he still had a foot in the right direction though. He had been provided enough information to at least get an idea of what to expect and what was the truth about the island.
He turned his head the brunette next to him at the sound of her. Her own little theory made sense at it touched with Ezra's own more private thoughts on the whole fruit business. It would make sense that the island itself had a mind of its own. There were creatures in the world like that. Had Ezra known any of these creatures? No, he hadn't but he had few doubts that there had to be something supernatural with the island. He shook his head at Lisa. "That could be part of the deal. If it were true that there were illusions or something going on with the island. If there wasn't then getting to the fruit would be easier and even a bit less dangerous." He mulled the idea over more. If something supernatural was on the island than maybe it was affecting the climate. So not only the island itself but the area around it was affected by something. If the fruit was the heart of the island than maybe it acted as a solution too to the problem. There were a ton of questions now that needed to be answered. Had it been easier to get back from the orchard? If it had then that would support the idea that the fruit was the heart or at least an important part to the illusions on the island.
"I wouldn't call it over thinking at all." He shook his head at Lisa. She had a good idea and she should stick with it. It would be a waste if she just brushed the whole thing aside. "It's a pleasure to meet you all." He took out a few more cards and wrote down what he had before. He didn't think the other two would have shown such an interest in the fruit but than again they wouldn't be here listening to Sahar with him if they weren't. He gave the cards to Lisa and Benjamin before finally settling that he didn't need to write down anything more.

It was back to the same old routine, eating breakfast back home and then pedaling off to work. He had gotten used to that anyway, since it was a productive way to keep himself distracted from his hidden longing. He still hadn't heard of Yosuke after a while, but he was sure that he would be back as soon as possible.
Once again, he opened the door to the bookstore, turning on the lights and then tidying up the shelves. Another typical routine, but being busy would help to pass the time. He had The Selection bookmarked on page 57 before he went to sleep the night before, and he had written about his encounter with Erza, Sahar and the other girl in his journal. But now, today's another new day, with the weather now working well in his favor.

Not even at Finer Things. Oh well. Its not like something like having a hard time finding a job will bring Kristen down. After all, today is a new day and she feels positive that she will get a response from the other businesses that she has sent applications for. Right now she has this strange need to read a book. Maybe a fictional one that has to deal with the supernatural...except for Twilight. She read that book once during the height of its popularity in high school. She may be a simple country bumpkin but even she can tell when she is reading a bad story and that was one bad story that she wish she can forget. Maybe she would be safer reading a comic book. Upon entering the store, she made her way to the fiction section of the library and looked around for anything that peaked her interest. Unfortunately what did peak her interest was a book called "Marked" and it was sitting on a shelf that she normally cannot reach but is too stubborn to ask for help since she doesn't want to admit that she is so tiny. To the best of her ability, she stood on her tip toes and is trying her best to reach for that book."Aah...A-Almost there...just a little more..."
