A feather from her wing and a similar stone to the one around her neck...the colour tinted more red beneath the star. A lock of hair cut from her mane and braided by her two legged Short IC Response:From the darkened trees surrounding the hill top where the altar sat came the green and orange mare. Normally her eyes would be twinkling but this night pain shown in the firey depths, and darkened circles marred their beauty. Her broken wings were bound with heavy bandaging, almost completely unmoveable. Approaching the altar she winced and lowered her head to place her offering. Finally glancing up at the wishing star she pleaded, "Oh great and powerful star. I have come to you tonight to beg for your help..." She sighed thinking back to her time with Tsaheylu. How could she have not seen the darkness right in front of her? "I have made a mistake and allowed evil to sire my children, and now I am unsure if I can protect them from their father." A final pause as she looked away in shame. "Please Wishing Star... Bring me my brother so that he might help me protect what little is left of our family, and see this next generation through to their adulthood." She stepped away from the altar but found she hadn't the strength to go back home. So she opted the sleep near a tree, curled up as much as she could, hoping the star might grant her wish.

Who is Wishing?: Reila Tell the wishing star a little about yourself: Derisively snorting, Reila makes little to no attempt to respond for a few moments, such is her stubborness. A hoof seems to attempt to tear the ground apart, almost as if she were wishing it would swallow her up, whole.

Finally, she turns, the malice usually found in her eyes replaced by despair, loneliness...a twinkle of hope.

A carefully preserved spider web and several crudely sketched drawings. Short IC Response: Zahavah set the gifts down and took a few moments to carefully spread out the pictures so that the wishing star could see them all. They weren't the best, but her little Nova had put her heart into them and Zahavah thought the star would like the gift.
"Me again," the mini chirped. "Not sure how casual visits work, so I brought you a gift, just in case. Pav says hi. At least, he would if he took these little chats you and I have seriously. He's humoring me pretty well, though, all things considered. Anywho, Akis brought a beau home for the first time. I like him, he seems like a good sort. He's pretty easy going, which suits Akis and her... erm... adventuresome ways," Zahavah chuckled a bit at that. "Addy is still 'finding herself,' whatever that means. She's been home a couple times, but she's been a little cagey about what she's been up to. She's talking to her father, though, so whatever it is, I'm sure she's not in too much trouble..."
Zahavah trailed off as she considered Adalind. She missed the girl. Their relationship wasn't exactly strained, but they weren't as close as Zahavah would like. The mini was doing her best to give Addy her space while still making sure her daughter knew she was loved. Pavlov was helping a great deal with that, at least. With a sigh, she returned her focus to the star.
"Wolfgang has made some friends. I haven't met them, but they sound... interesting. He's away most of the time. He's taken to the water more than his sisters, which is cute, I think. Nova is staying close to home. I'm a bit worried about her. Her brother and sisters are all out there exploring and learning, but she's staying at home. She seems happy, though, so maybe it's alright? I don't know... we'll see... She did make these drawings for you... I thought you'd like to see our family.
"We had a bit of a scare a little while ago, but it's okay. I've been working with the other soqs in our territory, forming some better security. The kids all seem to have settled down, too. They're all growing up," Zahavah sighed, wistfully. "Even Pavlov. You should have seen him before. He was brave... And I guess I'm growing too. A lot of that going around..." She chuckled and shook her head.

Short IC Response: The troll matriarch observed the star above with a curious expression. She had been urged by her children to ask the spirits for this boon. Malis knew that Kifo has gone and have no intentions on seeking a new mate, but she missed having children of her own, little ones that asked questions and saw the world with new eyes. Yes, she always had part in her grand children's teachings, and yes, she already had one who was almost ready to take over the Vitterfolk herd, but still, Malis felt like she was ready to have children once again before she grew too old. However, she could not settle on a new mate. How could she ever find a mate to match Kifo? She sighed and looked up at the star in the night sky. "Spirits, ya be findin' mah sister fer me.
