Rein_Carnation  This lil lady has some how become incognito from the ownership agreement for a long time. So we're going to ground her and set up one we won't loose. Shaylee & Everly is co-owned by Parue (Farland) & Rein_Carnation. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~Rein_Carnation and Parue's Co-Ownership Agreement~ Rein's Terms of Contract ~ Rein has Full RP Rights ~ Rein has sig rights ~ Rein has rights to the first and third breeding basket ~ Rein may enter Shaylee in breeding raffles Parue's Term's of Contract ~ Parue has sig rights ~ Parue has rights to the second breeding basket Co-Ownership Terms of contract ~ In the event of three baskets per any breeding the third shall be discussed by both parties where its destination is. ~ In the event of either party leaving Gaia permanently, the other party shall fully become the owner after 6 months to a year of inactivity (as per Gaia's terms). ~ Any other agreements must be met by both parties before final decisions are made. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Also I found the agreement for Brisi Here but for safe keeping of both I'll get you to quote her again. pippi18848 Co-ownership Agreement between Pippi18848 and Quiet Autumn Display and Roleplaying Rights - Both owners have full display/sig rights and OOC RP ability - Both owners have full IC RP rights - Both owners may place Io in their teepee. Breeding - Both owners get one "full control" breeding. They do not need permission of the other owner to enter breeding events, and they have choice of breeding partner (unless he is lifemated, see below). The breeding will not count towards the other owner's breeding limitations. . - Remaining Breeding will be determined at a later date. Life-Altering / Major Decisions If either person has a potential lifemate in mind, it must be discussed. **If I do not hear from Quiet Autumn[no forum posts/pm's/im's] in three months, All rights will be returned to me.**

Tara de Draiocht I, Tara de Draiocht, agree to share ownership of North Star with AstoriaFallen 1. Both owners have the right to display North Star in their signatures, teepees, journals, etc. 2. Both owners have the right to roleplay North Star, provided a reasonable effort is made to keep his personality consistent. Any major personality changes should be discussed between owners beforehand. 3. Breedings are to be discussed between the owners on a per case basis. (I.E. just let me know whats going on biggrin ) xxx3.a. Each owner is guaranteed one basket from North Star over the course of his breedings. The owner may elect to give that basket away, or keep it, as they see fit.

Fatal's Rights: -Sig/Display -basket rights to 1 of 4 breedings Pandie's rights: -Sig/Display - RP/stats -Baskets from 3/4 breedings - Right to find mate/make decisions about skinwalker cursing, etc. All the major things in his life. Should he reach elderhood or max stats, resulting in more breedings, Pandie will have rights to those extra breedings (since she would have earned it through rp). Both will have equal say in his life, and equal access to baskets. In the event of Fatal Irony becoming inactive (not posting) for six months, she will retain co-ownership (as original owner of Celegras) but will lose breeding rights, which will go to Chaotic Andie. If/when Fatal returns and Celegras has not maxed out his breedings she can reclaim rights at that time.

Faithofthefallen I am updating this co ownership agreement for Ignis between Faithofthefallen and akuma_kessaku!  Display/Rp rights-Both Faith and Akuma have full display and teepee rights -Faith has full IC and OOC rp rights Breeding-Two breedings belong fully to Akuma, two breedings belong fully to Faith, One breeding will be split equally between us. Both owners will be listed as having basket rights for all breeding events unless one owner is already involved in the maximum amount of breedings for that event, this is so that Faith or Akuma can have the option of offering/accepting a potential third basket from the other should one result. The order of the breedings is completely optional. Either owner may enter Ignis into any wishing star or event of that sort that does not use a breeding slot. Both owners must post agreement to dissolve this co ownership agreement, but, should either owner not log onto gaia for 12 months straight, the other owner may claim full breeding and rp rights. akuma_kessaku Since he reached 100% stats and the rules changed, he has 5 breedings available instead of 3 biggrin !! Figured we'd update his agreement and make it more flexible to accommodate that!
