Nodding, Christina handed him her schedule, some of it partially translated in english by hand. Graphite smudges darkened the paper from long gone doodles and harsh scribbles. Slightly frustrated by being late, the girl worriedly glanced at the clock. She had a few minutes. Her eyebrows furrowed as she tried at her Japanese slowly.
"Do you... Speak English? I'm not very... fluent yet." His reply came, and she sighed heavily, only to chuckle nervously. As they walked, she couldn't help but inspect him out of the corner of her eye. Christina's curiosity was innocent, but she flushed when he caught her gaze. An apology was mumbled in English.

Taking the schedule, and reading through it, Andrei found the girl's locker number written across the bottom page in what appears to be kanji. He took out a pen from his pocket and scribbled down the locker number and combination in English before handing back to the girl. He then proceeded to escort her to the locker. As they walked through the halls, the melody of footsteps from the varying students eventually started to die off as more and more students head into their classrooms. The halls were nearly empty, but Andrei wanted to make sure the girl wasn't late for her first class. After hearing the girl ask if he could speak English, he readily replied with somewhat of a backstory behind his comment.
"Yes, I do speak English. In fact, I'm quite fluent at it. My mother taught me what she knew, while my father taught me the Japanese he grew up with. My native language is actually Russian. I'm from Moscow."
As he spoke, his accent began to serve as proof of his Russian origins. However, it was not as heavy of an accent as you would typically expect from a Russian. This was mainly a result of not being around Russians most of the time. He was mostly around people from America, and his father's Japanese friends who came to visit. Moving on. The two strolled through the halls that were almost empty enough for their footsteps to echo. Eventually making it to her locker. Andrei then proceeded to show her which one it was, and waited for her to grab what she needed. They didn't have too much time before they were late for class, but Andrei wasn't too worried about that. He wanted to make sure the girl wasn't late as a result of getting confused or lost due to her not being as used to Japanese.

Soren listened as his fellow students introduced themselves. He had no idea why they continued to have them do these introductions, at this point everyone pretty much knew each other. For new students, sure, but he could practically recite some peoples. His attention was peeked however when Saiyori went up. Math huh? The one subject he was terrible at. As she finished and took her seat the guy sitting next to him hit his arm and whispered.
"When did she get back?"
Soren shrugged.
"How the hell should I know?" "I saw you two talking earlier. You never talk to chicks, thought you two might be dating or something." "That looked like strawberry talk to you? No wonder you don't have a girlfriend." "Hey shut up man! Well it's good that you aren't dating, leaves the path open for me."
Soren chuckled.
"Go for it man."
It was then that the teacher called his name. Sighing as he stood he made his way to the front of the class. He listed his strengths as writing and computer science, saying he couldn't attend clubs or sports as he lived alone and had a job. He figured throwing that in would get the enrollers off his back. He finished by saying that he was interested in pursuing writing or videography in college. After which he took his seat and resumed staring out the window.
---
Seriana tried to compose herself as she took her seat. She took a few deep breaths and fixed her hair, trying to somehow make herself not blush. That's when Kairi kicked in. She was about to turn around when Aya made her comment. Her face became beat red but she smiled and did her fake pouty face.
"You guys suck..."

Jacob was a bit shocked when Isamu turned and spoke to him. It was then he noticed that he had uttered his thoughts out loud. It was a habit he knew he needed to get out of. It normally got him out of a lot of trouble but this time it seems it has not. If anything it has started a conversation. Well since the girl was talking to him, there was no reason to be rude.
Jacob - Your grade how ever show differently. The name's Jacob.
His voice was a bit deeper then most, also showing his American accent. Lucky for him he was half Japanese and knew how to speak the language well. A smirk the then came on his face when she mentioned the teacher.
Jacob - Oh really? Then I'll just have to enjoy the nice Japan scenery right outside my window.
He had a bit of play and cockiness in his voice. It was almost if he was saying challenge accepted by the teacher. A small bit of his old delinquent self was showing, something else which would take a lot to get over. It was then he herd the question he knew was coming, the relationship between him and Aya. Once the girl asked that question he again seemed to feel stares from all over coming his way. It only made him chuckle a bit to himself through a smirk.
Jacob - Oh Aya? She's just my cousin. Her and Unc use to visit us back in the States.
Once he said that there was a small group of guy that cheered a bit. This only him to shake his head. If only they knew how Aya really was.
>>>>>>>>>>>>
Aya's giggling in the classroom was interupted by a cute little sneeze, making a few guys immediatly bless the girl while thinking how cute she was. If anything it tickled Aya how the some guys seem to fall for her, but none actaully have the courage to try and ask her out. Yes it was annoying some times, but funny to her most the times. She then turned her attention back to Seriana and smiled.
Aya - You know we're just messing with you. But in all fairness we did try and stop you from going upstairs.

Isamu chuckled after Jacob's introduction. She picked up not only up on his self-assuredness but the accent. She leaned in a little closer, reducing her voice to avoid eavesdroppers. "Well I guarantee that he'll call on you just to make sure you're paying attention." It wasn't any big secret to say the least, but this time Isamu spoke in perfect english. What could she say? The girl loved to speak english. It wasn't exactly a popular thing to do in school. It wasn't an attempt to show off, but an offer to do so on a regular basis.
Isamu then pulled herself back to her original position, letting a sly smile cross her face. It was then she reverted back to her native Japanese. "If you need any help with any of the coursework or anything else for that matter, let me know. I'll take care of you." A quick wink and a warm smile soon followed. She wasn't trying to be flirty, but it sure looked like it.
Jacob's response to her question caused her eyes to widen and her cheeks to flush. She hated being misinformed. "Ooh!" She covered her mouth as she looked at him wide-eyed. "I'm so sorry.. I thought she was.." She couldn't even finish the sentence, it was just too ridiculous. The girl's face was now covered by a facepalm and in hiding her face giggles started immediately. "Grades or no, Told you I wasn't all that smart."
After composing herself, she cleared her throat and quickly changed the subject. "So you're from the states, huh? Wherebouts?"

Jacob was abit shocked in how well she spoke english. He wasn't too sure if she was trying to show off or not but none the less he was a bit impressed. It was after her statement his smirk got a bit bigger as he responded in english.
Jacob - Challenge accepted.
Not known to many but Jacob was actaully pretty sharp. He wasn't able to really show it much back home because of all the suspensions because of the fights. It was then he herd Isamu's next comment that sounded very flirty. Needless to say it caught him completely off gaurd. If his skin was as tan as it was a bluch might have appeared on his face. He then tried to put on a a blank face and and look out the window. Only thing that could be herd from him was a simple "Thanks." It was then the reaction from Isamu after all the other's that actaully had him laught a bit louder. Once he composed himself and all eyes were off him did he speak back up.
Jacob - That just how people are. They see me, a new guy, walking wiht Aya to school so they assume. It'd be the same to say if me and you ended up talking a lot, rumors would spread that we might be dating.
After his statement a playful wink to show his joke of assumptions. The girl then seem to change the subject and ask him where in the State he was from. A pretty simple question.
Jacob - I'm from L.A. California. Really miss the surf.

Class dragged on, changing from subject to subject. Each teacher coming in doing what intro to the subject and assigning the first chapters of homework before leaving and allowing the students minor free time.
It was an extremely laid back first day, allowing Saiyori to reacquaint and make a few friends in class. It seemed she was easily approached by both male and female students. She wasn't shy around guys, nor did she show annoyance to the fact she always seemed to be surrounded by a few who obviously wanted to ask her out. She remained equally friendly to all, and in response none seemed to have a bad word to say about her.
The only thing anyone had negative to say about her was how difficult she was to approach on a more personal level. She seemed unapproachable when it came to wanting to get closer. She always seemed to dodge the subject and managed to wiggle her way out of answering. Same went with any guys asking her to be their girlfriend.
Lunch time approached and she made her way through the halls to the teachers' office where she picked up her P.E uniform and P.E swimsuit that would be needed a few weeks from now. She dropped off the garments in her locker before making her way not tot he cafeteria, but outside in a grassy area to eat her packed lunch.
She had managed to find a quiet place to rest and eat, but she was sure it wouldn't last that way. Lunch was rarely ever a quiet time for her as she always seemed to attract others to her, whether she means to or not.

Kairi couldn't help but chuckle at Seriana. The girl was easily embarrassed and was fun to tease her a little. Kairi then grinned and playfully winked at her friend.
"Maybe, but you still love us."
Aya soon caught her attention when she sneezed. As always, the guys didn't hesitate to bless her or fawn over how cute she was. Kairi just rolled her eyes and sighed as she mumbled to herself while looking out the window
"The same thing every year. Just grow a pair and ask her out already. Geez."

Soren paid minimal attention while teachers gave their introductions into classes and assigned homework.
Homework on the first day huh... Welp...
As the free time came and went he caught up with some of his friends. Soren had always been able to fit into any particular group, except the ones he didn't want to of course. As such he had quite a diverse set of friends though none of them were particularly close to him.
As he made his way out of the classroom for lunch he was approached by Marrie, the head of the writing club. She was, unique, goth in fashion yet upbeat in personality. Definitely an artist. Despite his saying he had a job she pushed to have him join, just as she did every year. The difference this year was he had a legitimate excuse but he said he'd think about it, which seemed to pacify her for the time being.
Grabbing his lunch he made his way outside. There was a tree that he liked to sit in, it provided a cool and quiet place to write. Climbing up he found the crook in one of the lower branches he had sat in the year before. Seemed slightly smaller this year... He opened his lunch and his small leather bound notebook that he always kept on him. Popping the marble down into his ramune he also took out his pen. The bottle frosted over, chilling it's contents.
It was then that Saiyori sat down a ways from the tree.
She must like her seclusion as well.
He smiled and went back to eating as her drink began to cool as well.
---
Seriana made her fake pouty face after Kairi winked at her.
"Yeah, I guess."
A smile broke out on her face. She had tried to play it up but couldn't keep appearances anymore. And she wanted to go into theater... She chuckled at Kairi mumbling to herself. She had to agree, the guys needed to step up. A smile crept across her face. Maybe it was time to practice her acting again... She turned to Aya and grabbed her hand.
"Oh Aya! You aren't getting sick are you? That'd break my heart..."
She held Aya's hand to her chest with one hand and lifted Aya's chin so their eyes met with the other.
"Do you need me to take care of you?"

As if blushing about her assumptions was bad enough, now she was blushing about the potential rumors. Isamu had to admit though, he was kinda cute.. Wait wait wait. What the hell was she thinking? This was no time to sit here and fawn over some guy she just met. She was still working on getting her head straight. Isamu rubbed her eyes a little and lightly shook her head as if it had the power to expel these sort of thoughts.
"Hrm.. LA huh? Never been there.. Been to San Diego once about 6 years ago. My parent travel quite a bit." The thought of her parents pained her but she didn't dwell on it for long.
The conversation was cut short when Mr. Tanaka entered the room with his bland greeting and started roll call. "Uh oh, looks like Mr Boring has arrived. Maybe we can resume this conversation at lunch?" Isamu quickly turned around and pretended to pay attention, responding promptly when her name was called.

Christina flicked the dial to its correct combination, almost flinging the metal door open in her rush. She was relieved that Andrei spoke English, rather to be stuck surrounded by people who she couldn't understand, or couldn't understand her. Flipping open her bag, she shoved her lunch at the bottom, the less important papers stuffed on top.
"Thank you for showing me to my locker. I can't imagine how this day might have turned out without your help." Smiling up at him, the girl kicked her tennis shoes off, stuffing them into the locker like her other things. With a short sigh, she wrestled her school shoes out of bag. The locker snapped shut.
"I'm sure I can make it to my class from here. I've been practicing reading kanji a little, so I atleast know my class numbers." Bowing her head shortly, she stuck out her hand. "I'm Christina, by the way. It was nice meeting you."

" I'm Gonnnaaa beeeee LAAAAAAAATE!!!!"
Tomo ran as fast as her little legs could go, which was rather fast in fact, and zoomed on past the school gates and made her way into the building. It was but three minutes until final bell would ring.
"oh mai gawd oh mai gawd~ I can't be late on the first day! I will NOT let dad win that bet, no matter what!"
She was heavily regretting having not set up a back up alarm this morning. her dad had warned her that she would be late today because she didn't take precaution, and it looked like he may just be right.
She quickly found her locker, grabbed her things changed into school shoes and quickly made her way to the staircase to reach the second floor. However just as she turned the corner to head up the stairway she was blind sided by something and hit the floor, something falling on top of her.

This girl's reaction caught Jacob a bit off gaurd. She was a lot more shy then girls he was use to and it was kinda cute. But then he snapped out of it thinking there's no way it'd be that easy. This wasn't an anime after all. Still, it was a nice thought.
So this girl has been to the states before. That would explain her good understandable english. Himself had only been to San Diego a few times and that was to watch the Dodgers play the Padres in baseball.
Jacob - San Diego's not bad, there's baseball team sucks tho.
He used a thumbs down to show the way he felt about the rival team. He was about to say somthing up but the teacher walked in the class. She then said they could meet up and that sounded like a plan to him.
Jacob - Cool, I'll be on the roof.
He always wanted to go to the roof of one of these Japanese schools. Again, something he always saw in anime's so he wasn't sure if they could just go up there, or if it was breaking a rule. Well it's not like he read the handbook so he really didn't care. He was gonna eat his lunch on the roof and that was all to it.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Aya overheard Kairi's comment about the boys and it made her giggle. While she did find it true it was still funny none the less. Then Aya saw Seriana wanted to practice her acting again. Aya smiled but on the inside she was grinning. Seriana loved doing this to really get to the guys, and Aya loved to play along with it. Aya's eyes became real innocent and glassy.
Aya - I'm fine my dear Seriana. I guess some one was just speaking of me.
When their eyes meet, she smiled sweetly at the girl.
Aya - If you don't mind. I think that would be very lovely.
Aya and Seriana then started to very slowly started to close the gap between them as if they were going to kiss. These 'scenes' her and Seriana acted out sometimes made them look like lovers. Now that Aya thought about it, this might be a reason the boys backed off. They might have thought that either Seriana was her girlfriend, that she wasn't into guy, or that Seriana would fight off any guy that came near her. As they came just inches between eachother's lips they stopped and started to lightly giggle before getting a bit louder. It became apparent that is was another joke by them indeed, but some of the guys in the class had, or were about to get a nosebleed. There was even a girl or two, looking away with possibably a nosebleed as well. Aya put leaned back and put her hand over her mouth as to not laught so loud.
Aya - Your acting is getting better Seriana, I really thought you were going to steal my first kiss from me. *giggles*
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
A young boy was sprinting down the sidewalk with impressive speed for his age and size. He was fast, very fast. It was Daisuke and he running late. Lucky not only was he fast but didn't live too far.
Daisuke - Dangit....I can't be late on my first day of a new schoo!
He ran onto school grounds and had a quick stop at his locker. He really needed to hurry, he could feel the bell about to ring soon. As he round the sharpe corner he lost his footing and started to fumble a bit. One thing about it, he was a klutz as long as he wasn't running in either a straight line, or around a track. Because of the speed he was going he wasn't able to slow down before colliding with somebody. It verson was dark for a second but he didn't understand why, that was untill her tried pulled his head back a little bit and blushed immideatly. His face hand landed in a girl's chest.
Daisuke - Im so sorry! Please forgive me!
The cute little boy sincerily apologized to the girl. This was a problem he seem to have. He always seem to find himself in situations like this and he didn't want to be called a pervert because he was not one.

"Ouch...." she whimpered slightly as she rubbed her side a little before opening her eyes and seeing what had landed on top of her.
IT HAD TO BE THE CUTEST KID...EVAR!!!
She only chuckled and smiled at him.
"Don't worry about it. Important thing, no one got hurt."
She got up on her feet and helped him up as well.
"Guess we both need to learn to be on time next time huh? heh, see ya later! And dont be late for class!"
She chuckled and smiled broadly. She then quickly ran upstairs. the final bell had rung sometime during her trek up the evil stairs. There was no way she was going to find class 2-C in time!! But she was gonna try anyway.
Tomo, looked this way and that way, and but sheer luck, happened to see the little door sign that marked her classroom. She ran down the hall at full speed and placed her hand upon the sliding door.
THUMP!!!!
The door slid open quickly and loudly, revealing her to the entire class which had just finished doing the opening greeting to the teacher and was just starting roll call.
"Good Morning!!!.....I...am new!....and am lost..." She slowly entired the class and slid the door closed as quietly as possible, as if that would make her loud entrance any better, ".....and....sorry for being late...."
She could feel herself shrivel up under the gaze of the entire class and the teacher. She heard light chuckles from fellow students and could feel a 'not so amused' look from the teachers as she bowed her head slightly, repeatedly, in forgiveness as she rubbed the back of her head in embarrassment, sliding her way past rows of desk to en empty seat at the back of the class. Why couldn't she have opened the second door which was located at the bad? Nooooo her luck had to have her pick the front one. She'll know better for best time...

Andrei bowed his head as the girl introduced herself. At this point, Andrei felt it was only right if he had introduced himself as well.
"I am Andrei, honored to meet you moi droog..."
Andrei had accidentally mixed two Russian words in his supposed to be English sentence. However, he was quick to point out his mistake, and he corrected himself appropriately.
"Erm...by moi droog, I meant 'my friend.'"
Andrei then held his hand out to shake Christina's, they barely had a minute to get to class, but he felt that he should ask one final question before he headed off.
"I'm curious as to what class you're in. I'm in 3-B. How about you?"
