  Sympathy? Nah, Yuki never learned how to do that. "That makes two of us." Yuki said before taking her hand back and running the cloth over it to clean up the blood "Only there's still a chance they're out there." she said as she turned to Sauren, maybe it'd help the kid feel better "Me, I watched them all die" she said before standing up "Look at this mess, it's gunna take forever to clean up" she sighed as she looked at the trail of blood she left around the place "Guess I better go get a mop, then I can start packing for tomorrow" she said with a sigh

 He wiped his tears away before stumbling up to his feet. "I-I'll help you clean up. So umm...exactly what are you packing for?"

Yuki left to the other room and returned with two mops, throwing one to Sauren "Tomorrow we're going on an adventure, we're gunna go to some beach-lake thing someone found some time ago" she wasn't all clear on the details herself "Do you wanna come along? We could use the extra hands"

He sighed. " I would only be good for scouting in advance for Colossi...Nobody would want me there and I would just take up space." He grabbed a nearby mop and began to clean the blood from the floor. " But I must ask. Would you want me there?"

"Maybe because I like hanging around scouts who just take up place" Yuki replied with a laugh. She jokingly punched Sauren in the shoulder lightly and smiled "Stop being such a downer, I'm sure there isn't a single person who would want to see you all depressed"

At that moment, a sudden blush appeared across his face as he looked at her. He quickly looked away, cleaning the remaining blood from the floor before looking back at her. " Y-Yuki-san...." His blush deepened a bit. "U-Umm...I appreciate you inviting me. I will be there....b-but only to scout the area. I wont make any promises that I will relax with you guys..." He sat down on the edge of the bed in a somewhat feminine position. " O-Oh and umm....D-Do you mind if I uhh...stay here tonight? My home was destroyed by a Colossal a long time ago so I have been getting by with tall trees and strong branches in Colossal infested territory outside of the wall."

"You're the first person I've met who I'd have to twist the arm of to get to relax" Yuki said before taking the two mops and bringing them to the other room to go get the blood off them. She returned and looked at Sauren, placing her hands on her hips to think for a moment "Yeah, I don't see any harm in letting you stay here. But you've gotta help me pack for tomorrow then...." she paused for a moment, feeling like she'd forgotten something "My sword!" she gasped before running out in front. It was still blood drenched on the front porch

He ran out with her before picking up the bloodied blade and examining it. " I can clean it for you. As payment for allowing me to stay here for the night." He carried it into the bathroom before laying out a towel and gently laying the sword on it. He looked through the cabinets and got out a number of cleaning solutions. He mixed certain solutions together before pouring it onto a cloth. He then wet the cloth and began to gently clean the blade, making it even shinier than before. It was about 20 minutes until the sword was clean. He gently held it and held it out to her. " Here you go."

Yuki watched as Sauren cleaned her sword. When he gave it back to her she held it up to the light and smiled "You did a good job kid" she said with a smile, still looking over the blade "spotless...." she put the sword down and paused for another moment "You're good with GEARs right?...I have an old one that maybe you could take a look at. It hasn't worked in quite some time" really even if it wasn't broken anymore she still couldn't use it. But she figured it would be a good thing to have working just in case

Yuki grinned nervously and rubbed the back of her head "Ten...eleven years. Somewhere near that" she said with a slow nod. Maybe she should have lied....

Yuki looked at Sauren with a smug grin. She wasn't sure why but she was kind of proud at the horrible condition that GEAR was in. It was her fathers and the last time it was used it was kind of crushed along with every bone in his body. But the GEAR was still kinda salvageable. Without a word she left the room and returned with the hunk of metal more distinguishable as a giant beat up soup can then a GEAR. She'd taken the liberty of cleaning the blood and other parts that didn't belong outside a person let along on a GEAR off of it quite some time ago.

Yuki watched as Sauren looked over the GEAR. Hopefully it wouldn't be too...unfixable. "Lemme guess, you can fix it, it'll take three years, and it's free of charge?" she asked with a meek smile.
