Caliaphy
Caliaphy watch the beam shoot into the sky as it split into many different beams. She didn't know how to fight anyone who she was fighting directly, so she watch trying to think of a way out of this, or a way to get at the assailant. Caliaphy limped slowly watching the sky, but then they started falling and she tried to move as fast as she could out of the way. A couple came her way and she couldn't move quick enough to evade them all. They hit her through her side and she fell on her hands and knees. Caliaphy winced at the pain and couldn't ignore it this time. "What` What the hell are you doing!" She yelled over her shoulder. She started to stand, and she hunched over holding her side. "He haven't done anything to you!" She breathed a little heavy and waited for and answer.

As the attacked grew to a close dust was created "......................." Kesshin reverted his left arm back to normal and he put his hands in his pocket. He stepped out of the shadow slowly making his way over. The courtyard was silent and as the tension grew his footsteps could be heard. "No witnesses...." he said to himself making his way over but still a ways away. Only a shadowy figure could be seen from a distance until the dust would settle.

Caliaphy
Caliaphy gasped quietly when she saw the figure, staggering backwards a few steps. She held her hand to her side still, gripped by an intense pain she was trying to play off. Her eyes were narrow, and a dim light reflected off of them making the intense blue seem to glow. She started forward toward him a few steps. "Do you have nothing to say for yourself? Huh?!" Her voice was still loud and angry, despite her current state. She stood a little straighter facing the figure in the distance, waiting for him to show himself.
Caliaphy stretched her wings out the way she always had when she wanted to be intimidating. She wasn't the biggest person, so she had to do what she could to seem that way. She was extremely irritated, and in a way, curious about the man. She stood her ground in an intense wait for the dust to reveal their attacker.

The dust settled as Kesshin walked toward this woman. Now that he had a closer look he could see that she had wings, not something of an ordinary being but Kesshin was unfazed by what he saw, he just kept walking towards her at the pace he was going. He was sure that he didn't look very intimidating to her but before long he forgot the thought all he could think about was his assignment. After walking a few more steps Kesshin stopped. He watched the woman on the floor with cold emotionless eyes and a small frown on his face, not one of sadness or remorse but just a frown. "............................................."

Caliaphy
Caliaphy watched him closely, she was battered enough and wasn't planning on being battered anymore. She took her hand from her side and crossed her arms, masking a wince with her usual scowl as she glared at the man. She shifted her weight so it was off her injured leg. She cocked her head to the side, aggravated, and tapped her foot. "Who the hell are you, and what are you doing here?" Her tone was very pointed, and she was too impatient to wait for an answer. She yelled and swore, winced and swore, and asked again who the man was. Caliaphy was completely infuriated, but her previous thoughts of a change of heart made her at least attempt to keep calme..er than she usually would

"........................." Kesshin didn't answer he just watched her as if he was watching paint dry. He studied her body and all the places he had hit her with his attack. He looked around for a few seconds the back at her, she didn't seem to to him more like she created a facade for herself. Swearing, hissing, wincing and yelling made Kesshin turn his head as if he didn't understand what she was doing even though he really didn't see how that help her current situation he soon paid her no mind again. He knew there were two people here so where was the other one he wondered, where was the Ickens village survivor. He looked around again for a moment and saw a traces of blood that went to the bushes.

Caliaphy
Once Caliaphy was done spouting nonsense and letting off some steam, she noticed that the man had paid no attention to her question at all. That did it. Being ignored was one thing she couldn't ever stand. Caliaphy had noticed where he was looking and this time, she walked straight up to him, right in front of him. She had a hand on her hip and a scowl on her face, and she had no thought of her pain at all. "Alright buddy, I don't get your whole objective with this s**t, but you're gonna stay away from him and away from me, or you're gonna have to learn to play nice." Her attitude was obnoxious but she didn't even care. "So, you gonna tell me your name or what?" Her tone was pointed.

Kesshin turned his head again and looked at the woman, his right arm twitched in his pocket signifying Yuutai's arm wanted to activate but Kesshin suppressed it for now. Kesshin was in killing distance he could have ipped her wings off or snapped her neck or broke her jaw just to shut her up but he didn't he ignored her once again and he began to head to the bushes. "I'll kill you later..." Kesshin mumbled to himself in a very low voice. The man in the bushes wasn't a the target but Kesshin knew what was more important to his former boss Kazan.

Caliaphy rolled her eyes and gave an aggravated sigh. "No getting through to you then." She said under her breath. She wanted to him him or something, but at least she knew that wasn't a good idea or she would have done it. She knew she was no chance so she turned around quickly, tossing her hair over her shoulder, and started walking to Titan. "You have a great day now." She yelled behind her, deciding not to pay him anymore mind, since he wouldn't pay her any either. In a way, Caliaphy knew that by his behavior, this tactic wouldn't bother him at all. But she just didn't know how else to act around this, strange man.

Kesshin stopped and suddenly his arms began to burn harshly he released Yuutai's arm. He intended to kill Titan first so their were no witnesses but Kesshin hesitated as his arm burned in pain. Kesshin fell to his knees gripping his right arm. "Caliaphy... where are you going...?" Kesshin asked gritting his teeth in pain. He took a pill out of his pocket and popped it in his mouth. He regained himself and his arm as well calmed and he slowly turned his head in her direction waiting for her answer.

Caliaphy gasped quickly when she heard him say her name. She stood still and turned her head to the side, looking at him with the corner of her eye. "How do you know my name?" Her voice was quiet and a little demanding. She saw him start to move and she turned all the way around to look at him, and she was confused at what she had seen. Caliaphy had taken a few steps back when she saw him start towards her, until she knew she was right in front of where Titan was. She held up and hand and it began to have soft, almost solid looking light circling around it. It wasn't anything that could hurt the man, but it could protect she and Titan if need be. She decided not to play around any longer with this one, and wanted to make sure neither of them were hurt. "Stay away and tell me how you know my name!" She yelled toward him, failing to completely mask the fright that he had given her. Caliaphy's eyes flickered quickly as she looked him up and down, they looked intensely blue.

"You are the current target, you have something they want, you are in the way... Therefore you must be... taken care of." explained Kesshin. He slowly clutched his fist as he did this a small shockwave could be seen moving around the rocks. Kesshin din't immediately charge toward her because of some strange light, he knew that would be reckless though Kesshin was prepared to charge he waited to see if that light was just a means of defense or a counter offence. "Once your the target you cannot escape your fate..." exclaimed Kesshin

Caliaphy narrowed her eyes, confused. "In the way of what?" She demanded, as she said this she quickly held out her other hand and her scythe again appeared. Her eyes flicked between the rocks and the man. "What target? What are you talking about?" There was a hint of fear still in her voice, she never encountered people like this, she didn't know how to handle it. "Answer me with something that makes sense!" Caliaphy stepped back some more, she wanted to be ready to grab Titan and flee if need be. She now knew that this was more serious than she had first thought. She stared at him with the same intensity as before, waiting for some sort of explanation.

"......................." After saying all he had to say Kesshin no longer responded when she spoke to him.He still didn't know what that light did but Kesshin saw the scythe and he preparing to respond to the action taken, he took one step and then suddenly charged at Caliaphy with that same emotionless frown on his face as if the previous pain he endured never happened at all. Kesshin really had and intent to kill Caliaphy and Titan without any thought of his own well-being whatsoever.

Caliaphy rolled her narrow eyes and sighed, she never did like fighting. Unless it was verbal, she could verbally abuse people all day long. She was extremely confused about this whole situation, it all happened so quickly, but she knew that if he was a threat to her and her home she would have to take him out. Or, at least, attempt to. She wasn't going to let anything happen to her home. Caliaphy lifted her scythe ready to strike, and charged at him just as he had charged at her, eyes narrow and intense. She wasn't sure she knew what she was getting into, but she pushed negative thoughts aside.
