Hi, call me Ivy.
I have been a fan since I went to the library two years ago this summer and borrowed the first book, i thought it looked cheesy but took it on holiday with me. I sat on my bed in the caravan I was on and got hooked, but I had to wait to buy the rest emo
Since then I've had to wait each time a new comes out and it only takes me a day to read. I'm an Eric fan all the way but have to admit I was a little disapointed with the most recent book.

As for true blood I'm a Brit and so have to wait until october to see it crying

HI im silentangel.ive been on gaia since 2008.when my boyfriend told me about it.and i've been a sookie stackhouse novel fan since my friend introduced me to them about a month ago.even tho she'd been talking about them forever and jus kept forgetting to let me borrow them. smile
i have not watched the show sadly.i am on book seven,all together dead.ive only read books 1,2&4.so i have some catching up to do.i want to read them all.im worried about spoilers for that reason, but jumping around in the series isn't helping.
my favorite characters would have to be, Eric and Bubba.i loved Eric ever since we first saw him sitting in fangtasia."swoons" hehe its not really like that.i love all the characters and how well they are developed.Eric is my favorite but im not insane about him.i dont want to run away with him and get married.i am extremely happy with my bf.plus who would be soo evil as to take eric into the sun!

um hiiiiii. my name is megg but u can call me rainbo. i started gaia in 2008 so i guess im new but not really.
i had a friend who watched the show and said it was good. one day when i was looking for somthing to read on a flight i saw the first book and saw that it was based on the show so i bought it and read it before the flight ended. i then read it again and the next day i went out and bought the next book. im on book nine and should be done with it tomarrow.
my fav charactors in the book are eric, bubba, amelia and pam.
my fav charactors in the show are jessica and bill and lafayette.

Eric is my favorite character.
I think Alexander Skarsgard is absolutely amazing.
I cried when I found out Claudine died. She was wonderful.
Bubba is just plain awesome. No doubt about it.
The Sookie Stackhosue series is my favorite of all time, and I frequently have dreams of my beloved Eric Northman.

Mkay, so I'm Ashleigh. Otherwise known as Ash, Ashy ... whatever. But anyways. I've been on Gaia for a couple of years now, but I effed up my password and had to make a new account! Huzzah!
I'm from Alaska. Suck it. You know, that chick Sarah Palin lives here ... Fml, dude. Hahaha. Anyways, yeah ... Fifteen years old. =P And I've liked the Sookie Stackhouse series for a while now.
Honestly, I found out about it through True Blood. Then I was like "Oh hay I'm gonna read the series." And holy shiznet, wow.
I love Eric. Love him to bits. He's a sexy mofo.
I hate Bill. Hate himmm. He's a dickk. My friend gets all angry with me when I tell her Bill sucks.
I cried when Claudine died.
Bubba is epic win.

I have been here on gaia since December of 2005.
Any who, I have not been able to read any of the books, but I have been watching the series since the beginning.
Soon hopefully I will be able to get a hold of the books to read them. xd
I am a big fan of Eric, he is my favorite character.

I've been with gaia since it started, so don't be fooled by how young this avi is. smile I haven't gotten to read the books just yet, I'm going to do that right after I finish my other book series. I love watching the show with my mum, and I recently found out that my friend watches it too! So we've been locating other True Blood people to form a group! Hey my name is Amy. I've been on Gaia since about 2004ish but this count is a bit younger. I got into the series by m family since they love like every HBO series ever shown. But my mom is the die hard fan and she converted me so she wouldn't get lonely lol. She recently bought be the book box set and I am half way through reading Dead Until Dark and I watch the show every Sunday giving me the next week to gush about it with my mom and school friends. Of course who doesn't like Eric? But I gotta admit I am real keen on Sam!

I got into The Sookie Stackhouse novels in either eighth grade or freshman year, when my friend and I found the first book at the library. :]

Hey there, everyone! You can call me Tara or Nicole, my real name. It would probably just be easier to call me Tara though around here. Though this account is merely a few days old, I have actually been a member of Gaia since about 2003. I only just discovered True Blood a couple months ago. I was visiting a good friend whom I see only once a year and kept hearing nonstop about the show. I am a naturally stubborn person and made myself determined not to like it, but I couldn't help peeking up over the book I was reading to see what was going on in the show. A few days later I was hooked and am glad to have dicovered the book series as well. I'd have to say my favorite character is Eric, as he is the reason I actually started to pay attention to the tv screen, and because he is just plain amazing. I love all the characters though.
I'm excited to be in this guild with others who love vampires and the series. smile

And you can’t stand now the way you feel  Hi! I'm Chelsea and i've been around gaia since jan 06. I think. maybe it wasn't jan, i can't remember and i'm too lazy to look. I am not going to lie. I jumped on the sookie stackhouse books bandwagon LAST WEEK! i know, oh well. Better late than never, and i'm not one of those people who thinks i'm a bigger fan cause i've liked something for longer. Anyways, i read all 9 books over the course of 5 days. My favorite character is without a doubt Eric Northman. I was even excited to see Alexander Skarsgard playing him in the show. I love him, i think he's the sexiest swedish man in the world. In fact i think he's the most attractive man alive. I think he was good in generation kill, and i even remember him in zoolander. (however, i had to go back and see that it was him...lol) I think he plays the character GREAT. I am not one of those people who hates the show because its completely different. In fact for the first time in my life it doesn't bother me AT ALL. (while i don't throw a b***h fit, most of the time i'm still a little perturbed.) Its like having bonus books to read. i always feel like the people who produced the show just picked a bunch of parts out of the book that the like, put them in a hat, shook it around, dumped it out and then put it in a show in that order. I don't want to wait until next may for the next book, but im glad i got in on a series before its over so i have something to look forward too.(i have a tendency to get into a series after its done, read the books in a matter of days and then have nothing to look forward too. i devour books...) My name is Noella. I first fell in love with True Blood when the HBO series came out last year in 2008. Unfortunately I don't get HBO on my TV, so a friend tapes True Blood for me. I have not got a chance to go over their house, and watch it lately. The last episode I saw is "Scratches".
My favorite character so far is Eric. I love him. heart

I'm Vogue Muffin___x, but you can call me Vogue, or by my real name, Dani. I don't mind.
I've been on Gaia since half way through 2004.
I'm 18 and I live in Birmingham, England. I've just finished College and am just starting a gap year before I go to University to study Creative writing and English as a degree.
I've been a fan of the Southern Vampire Mysteries for only a few months, but I really really love it. My favourite character is Alcide, he's amazing. I just want to cuddle him lots. He seems like a cuddly guy (especially being warmer than average humans).
I don't just read books from the Sookieverse, I've been an avid reader of every genre since I first learnt to read. My favourite book of all time is Flowers For Algernon by Daniel Keyes, it's just incredible the way the character of Charlie is presented by Keyes, and how close you can feel to Charlie. I love it.
However, I mostly read Fantasy stuff.
I can't think of anything to say right now, so I shall say Chow (RIP) for now!
