Thomas had been watching the man and woman for a while when the orcs attacked but did not want to get invovled, thats when the bear-man ran into the fray and after they had finished the orcs off the three began to speak. Thomas began to creep down the hill for a better lsitening spot.

Anduin looked at him and whispered. "Could it be? No wonder there's been a meeting called at Lord Elrond's. Should of known." She slipped her bow over her shoulder and looked back at Urs. She wasn't sure to trust either him or Napier at that, but tried to get any useful information and learn to trust them. She was aware of the time it'd take to build that trust, though.

Anduin listened as she heard the faint sound of footsteps coming closer. She kept turned to Urs and Napier to make the intruder think that it was being watched. She slipped a hand behind her back and grabbed a dagger from a sheath in her belt just in case.

Thomas stopped moving as he saw the girl move slightly. He could almost feel the tension in the air and didn't want to provoke the group but from what he had heard, they spoke of a ring. Thomas didn't understand what was so important about a ring but knew that it could lead him to a huge bounty if he relayed the info to someone who wanted them dead...

Anduin talked to him telepathically so that no one but her knew of the intruders being. "~What do you want boy? What business do you have? Are you an outsider?~" She spoke strictly and seriously knowiung not to trust people who tried to sneak up in you. "~If you wish for help.. do not sneak.~"

Thomas heard the girl in his head and responded by thinking... 'All I want to some info, on who you people are and what this ring is all about... I am willing to kill you if you don't tell me what I need to know. I don't want your help only your mind.' Then Thomas drew his sword silently and quickly, preparing himself for what would most likely follow.

Anduin smirked and turned to the man knowing he wasn't far from behind her. "Who are you,sir. No need for a weapon." She called out while still holding the dagger behind her back. "I don't think you have a possiblility of killing me, besides."

Thomas began to walk down the hill, "I have the ability to kill you but the three of you I don't, so how about you sheath what ever it was I saw you move from your belt and I'll sheath my sword." Thomas sheathed his sword but moved his hand towards his lance that he starpped across his back.

Anduin looked at him watching his every move. "I don't need a dagger nor arrow to kill you if I wish." She slipped the dagger back nito her sheath. "Do not try to pull another weapon. Do you want infronmation or not?"

Thomas continued moving down the hill until he was face to face with the girl. "Listen to me, if you could kill me then I wouldn't be much of an assasin would I. Now tell me who you are, and who they are or I will kill you all. And do not tempt me or else you'll feel my lance in your brain."

Anduin's piercing blue eyes met his. "An assasin? Do you just tell people that? I'm traveler... Anduin... of Lorien. So far the other two are Urs and Napier. I'm not thier friends at this moment, but neither thier enemy. I don't just go trusting people so you know." She took a few steps back and looked away. "Now you know who I am.. Who might you be, O assasin?"

Urs kept silent, listening to the conversation. Hearing the threat, he couldn't help but growl at the unknown threat. He took a more threatening stance, his shoulders hunched, his arms apart, and his fingers clenched.

Thomas notcied that Urs had began a low growl so he pulled his hands from his lance and said, "My name is Thomas and I don't want to kill you people but if you force my hand I'll have ot defend myself. Now what is this ring that you speak of?"

Thomas noticed the agaitation in her voice so he calmly stated, "Alright then, so this ring is the so called dark lord's? I do not belive you people." Then he looked over at who had to be Napier and stated, "Give me some information you swine."
