Today I went to work, came home, played the Ace Combat 6 demo, realized that although it's an awesome game I can't really play it without a flight stick, played the Project Sylpheed demo, shut it off after about 30 seconds, then died a little inside realizing how bad they fudged that game up.
It's been a rich, full day.

I spent the day learning that Gears of War on Live gets pretty old after being exploded thirty times in a row by some ten year old kid with a shotgun.
Which is so very overpowered.

Chaplain Fenix I spent the day learning that Gears of War on Live gets pretty old after being exploded thirty times in a row by some ten year old kid with a shotgun. Which is so very overpowered. I was just under the impression that a shotgun hitting you at a distance of point-blank to maybe ten feet max would make the rest of your now-shortened life miserable. You could just do what I do - get a grenade launcher, sneak up behind people with the chainsaw, or just go read a book.

Naturally, but I figured the forty-some odd rounds of assault rifle hosing they got as they charged with the shotgun would do something.
Plus I had to shut the xbox off when I snuck up behind someone and started to chainsaw them, only for the guy to explode me with a shotgun shell to the head.
While facing the other way.
